Happy with the support I got after leaving a 1 star review. I never signed up for a subscription and it wouldn’t let me cancel it. After finally finding an email address someone reached out straight away and sorted my issue asap. Updating my review based on that.

I hit the cancel subscription button so many times and it doesn't take me anywhere. Worrying thing... there's no help or live chat button. Posting this here to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else and hopefully a professional from the company sorts this out.

Excellent service, I had soo many issues but everything was taken care of. I can directly send a email to the founder and he was there to help me out. The UGC videos turned to be very good, script and everything was taken care of and the changes and everything was very smooth.

Icon has massively reduced the friction to producing our advertisements and has eliminated any consideration of a traditional ad agency. With our team as lean as it is, we don't have the capacity to produce or manage in-house; anyways, it wouldn't reach the quality of Icon's output in the time and effort.
