The customer support has been really great since our first sales call. As we shortlisted a few different options, Artisan became the clear differentiated because of the customer service.

Artisan drastically increased our ability to run various large campaigns by many multiples. It crafted email sequences based on the key pain points we address and our CTAs. It could also be trained to ensure emails were going out as desired and customer support was always very quick the address problems- the in-app chat helped.
