I don’t like the seat. Our baby doesn’t sit right in the seat and I’m worried about their airways. We had the maxi cosi with our first and I felt it was much safer. If possible I’d like to return and exchange for maxi cosi

Hi Rebecca

We are sorry to hear this,

We can assure you our carseats are meticulously checked and go through all carseat checks necessary before we can even advertise it.

Have you checked the compatibility for your car, to see if your car is compatible for the base and carseat?

I can confirm we have received your email and this is being dealt with accordingly.

We have tried to contact you directly, but the call is being refused.
