Picked up a Mercedes E300 from FAZ recently. Car was spot-on, immaculate inside and out, and all the paperwork was sorted quickly without any fuss. Proper decent team to deal with—no pushy sales chat or surprise costs. Would definitely use them again.

​I rarely write reviews, but the way I was treated by IBZ Motors forces me to speak out so others don't get scammed the way I did.
​I purchased a Volvo XC60 from them for over £10,000, trusting that buying from a dealership meant peace of mind. Instead, it has been a complete nightmare. Within just a few weeks of driving it off the lot, multiple dashboard warnings lit up: the engine management light, a tail light replacement warning, and a "reduced engine performance" message (with a turtle symbol)
​When I bought the car, they assured me it came with a 3-month engine and gearbox warranty. Relieved, I brought the car straight back to them well within that warranty window. Their "fix"? They simply plugged in a diagnostic tool, cleared the warning codes, and handed the keys back. Naturally, as soon as I drove away, the lights popped right back on. I called on the same day to let them know this is the case and they told me to continue to drive given that the car still 'drives' and go come back 3 to 4 months later to service the vehicle and sort it out then.
​I stupidly followed their instructions so when 3 to 4 months had passed I called to follow up to fix the underlying issue, their true colors came out. The lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic customer service was staggering. Instead of taking responsibility, they washed their hands clean. I then realized I was dealing with dishonest people. They completely denied ever having this conversation, pretended they didn't remember me, and flat-out refused to take any responsibility for the dangerous, faulty vehicle they sold me.
​IBZ Motors are happy to take your hard-earned money, but the second things go wrong, they will blame you, lie to your face, and wash their hands of you. They offered no solution or acknowledgements of their part whatsoever.

Do yourself a massive favor and take your business anywhere else.

As far as they are concerned money was now out of our pockets and in theirs. Job done.

Cowboys are the best description for the way the conduct themselves in business. Cordiality existed only up until money has changed hands. After that, carelessness and complete dissolvement of accountability. Do not trust!

To add to their reaponse below. I did swear in frustration at the situation not being resolved and them offering no solution or a way forward, NOT at the person I spoke to. They hung up on me. I called back to reiterate and made sure they are aware that the swearing was not directed at them. I apologised, they agreed. At that point they used this as point to say that I was not a nice man for swearing rather than moving forward to find a solution. We never got anywhere forward from here on as they stuck to their guns of not being accountable for anything and continued to hold on to the fact that I used a swear word once to voice my frustration.

No accountability, do not trust.

Bought a white audi a1 of Ibz Motors for a great price They were very accommodating and insured i was satisfied with everything throughout the process . Highly recommend if you are in need of a reliable company to buy your car from.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY by giving IBZ Motorz £99 to hold a car. You will never get it back!!. Before setting off to their place I paid £99 in good faith after getting assurance by text that my money would be refunded upon keeping the appointment. I decided not to buy the BMW because the mileage was suspect. It had 4 brake pad changes in 4 consecutive services with a modest increase in recorded mileage. The salesman texted me (when I sat opposite him). promising to refund the £99 within 3 days. I phoned after waiting a week for my money. He was abusive to me & my wife. Now he is claiming the text was meant for someone else & that my £99 is not refundable. IBZ Motorz have committed fraud. I have reported this criminal activity to the Police, Trading Standards & other relevant authorities. STAY CLEAR OF IBZ MOTORZ.

IF YOU’RE THINKING OF BUYING A CAR FROM HERE PLEASE READ THIS FIRST AND MAKE A DECISION

I bought an Audi Q7 here in DECEMBER 2025, having been told it had just been fully serviced and was in great condition. That was completely false — within days it had engine smoke, rapid oil loss, dangerous vibrations, electrical faults, and a broken exhaust letting fumes into the cabin, they also mentioned the car had been serviced before the sale which was a lie as the service sign had come up few days after, but they played it out as it just needed resetting but the air filter looked like it never had been changed

The fumes were so bad they were affecting everyone inside — my children were coughing, and even adults getting into the car noticed the strong smell and irritation. The dealership still insisted “it’s fine, you’re just making it up,” but I have proof of everything.

When I complained straight away, instead of helping they tried to blame me. They claimed I’d caused all the problems, said I was making things up, and implied I was delusional. They had no paperwork or checks whatsoever to prove the car was ever fit to sell. What’s more, when I first asked to reject the vehicle, Mr Faz even said to me in a sinister manner: “Haha good luck with rejecting the vehicle — you’ll be waiting for months.”

And he was right in one way: I successfully returned the vehicle, AFTER 6 MONTHS, but not without a huge headache. The DEALER KEPT REFUSING to TAKE THE CAR BACK the whole time, even though they had no proof at all to support their claims. I ended up having to wait months for the matter to be resolved.

This confirmed MY CONCERNS were valid — I was not delusional, and my complaint was fully upheld.

They are unprofessional and completely untrustworthy. No one should buy a car from here. They sell unsafe vehicles that put your family’s health at risk, try to intimidate customers, and will do everything they can to avoid taking responsibility. Look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing.

Just a few weeks after purchasing the vehicle, serious mechanical issues began to emerge that I was completely unaware of at the time of purchase. After a thorough inspection, it was discovered that the check engine warning light had been deliberately covered up, preventing any warning of potential engine faults from being visible. An authorized BMW service center later confirmed that oil and fuel leaks had also been concealed.

I feel misled, as I purchased the car believing that its condition had been honestly and accurately represented. Had I been aware of these issues, I would never have proceeded with the purchase.

I strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to exercise extreme caution. The owner appears not to appreciate the seriousness of tampering with the check engine warning light, which is designed to alert drivers to important engine faults and safety-related issues.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating, stressful, and costly, resulting in repair expenses exceeding £1,000. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
