A yoga studio based in Moseley Park & Pool. Providing a welcoming and relaxing environment for all yogis no matter their experience. We offer studio classes, online classes and pre-recorded videos. You can try a range of class styles - Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and breath work. Our monthly workshops give you a chance to learn more about an aspect of yoga - check out our website for more details.

The team at IAY are excellent - they keep in touch with you over the week on the lead up to your class and then the yoga is clear, inclusive and the right amount of challenge

Every time I go to IAY I always feel refreshed and content. I never regret attending, the views are phenomenal along with the sounds of nature. I recommend to anyone!

FIVE STARS isn't enough...
FIVE STARS isn't enough for this gorgeous little yoga studio. As a regular at IAY I hate to miss a session. Classes are delivered with care and consideration for all and it feels so special being in the private park - like you're in the middle of nowhere. The IAY team never fail to deliver a personal service and I always leave feeling relaxed and well stretched. A little gem on our doorstep.

Excellent teaching, gorgeous setting., friendly staff. Packages could be a little cheaper, a few more options too.

Amazing yoga studio
I Am Yogi is one of the best yoga studios I’ve been to. They’re warm, inviting, have an amazing space in the middle of the city but surrounded by nature and great teachers.
