A yoga studio based in Moseley Park & Pool. Providing a welcoming and relaxing environment for all yogis no matter their experience. We offer studio classes, online classes and pre-recorded videos. You can try a range of class styles - Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and breath work. Our monthly workshops give you a chance to learn more about an aspect of yoga - check out our website for more details.

Amazing ambience
Amazing ambience, clean facilities, teachers are amazing and cater for all levels. Highly recommend as someone new to yoga.

Very pleased
I bought a block of sessions and am really pleased that I did. I have been to 4 classes so far and it's great. Fab space, friendly and relaxed atmosphere and brilliant teachers. I'm looking forward to my next class.

From an easy to use booking app, to a wonderful simplistic space in a busy town shopping area. I am Yogi is a must try for anyone even if youve never done yoga before

Excellent classes for everyone
Excellent classes and such a relaxing atmosphere. Love going there 🧘♀️ I can highly recommend it to anybody as the variety of classes are for any yoga skills.

Amazing
Amazing, I’m a first timer and the instructors eased me in. I accidentally started a higher level class but not once was I made to feel out of place I was really encouraged. Moved myself down and found the perfect level. Really appreciate the staff and will be a regular it’s done wonders for me

Fabulous new yoga studio in Sutton Coldfield town centre opened today. Lovely & inviting with a great class space & facilities upstairs. Tried the basics class & it was brilliant.

Great venue
Great quiet and lush park, welcoming staff.
Tuesday morning yoga class is interesting, not too fast and easy enough for beginner level.
