I found this company on Facebook, and must admit I was skeptical at first. However I can say, hand on heart, that this program has been amazing for me. Like all therapies I guess you've got to want it to work, but within the first week the cravings had disappeared, and now after the first month I am sleeping much better, feeling relaxed and in control, like a new me! The support from Sarah has been incredible, emailed queries or questions answered promptly. I can't recommend this program highly enough.

The only thing this has succeeded with, is helping me fall asleep, which is great because I do have issues sleeping.
However, helping you reduce alcohol I give it a 1 star review. There's nothing in the audio files that helps with that. Only your own will power I think.
So glad I did not sign up to anything more than 1 months worth

I don’t have enough superlatives to describe how amazing this is. Over the last few years through age and lack of activity I’ve packed on the pounds and needed to make some changes, so I decided to give it a go. I’m usually super skeptical about hypnotherapy but I can’t recommend it enough. After starting the course I felt an immediate change in my attitude to eating and exercise. I’ve already lost 6lb and plan on losing a lot more. It’s simply brilliant.

Like a lot of people this time of year im trying dry January , for me the first time . I'm usually sceptical about self help and generally avoid it . However thought what the hell give it a go , can honestly say it's been surprisingly helpful , would definitely recommend as it turns out.

At the start, I was very skeptical as how could this even help with my drinking. I have been on various courses and self help treatments and even a Shaman. Nothing worked. I can honestly say that this Hypnostart service has been a god send and allowed me to not only reduce my consumption but has also brought my stress down considerable.
