Prompt delivery. This is my second pair of Hylos and although these are different, I love them just as much. I use them for general walking and walking the dog and they are like walking on air (especially on the road). Super comfortable from first putting them on and so pleased they are water resistant (which the old ones were not). Only gripe is that the laces always come undone unless you double knot them which is a nuisance! otherwise would be 5 stars.

I've always been a big fan of simplicity. I've had many different shoes from HOKA, NIKE, Reebok etc. A friend suggested these and honestly they are fabulous. I use them as a bit of a cross trainer shoe. I run to the gym in them, use them in the gym, play tennis in them and i love them. Really comfortable on my feet, I have a history of plantar fasciitis and sore arches. These are a great shoe which gives enough support but not too much. Meaning your feet actually work!

Really comfortable shoes for running around the city streets

Ordered some of the women shorts, these were too small so I started the exchange process for the next size up. Process was quick and easy and delivery was quick and eco friendly. Shorts fit well now

The shoes have great support and cushion. They make my knees feel getter while running. I’m a big fan of the business model and support the reuse of materials and lower impact.

The recycling returns process for old shoes is somewhat complicated and seems to be limited to three years post purchase, which seems odd if the idea is to encourage a move away from unsustainable, fast fashion etc.

Great shoes. Very comfortable, responsive, good grip on dry and wet surfaces and true to size. Use them for recovery sessions, low aerobic runs in 5:00/4:45 min/km, including a couple 1km series in threshold. Only detail, a little heavy.

As a heavier runner I often find neutral shoes either bottom out on downhills or feel less stable on uneven ground. The Hylo Impacts feel steady underfoot and absorb impact in all situations. Love ''em!

At first they feel wobbly and super soft when walking but they shine when you run in them
Very comfortable, no pressure or rubbing on the Achilles tendon
A mile in on my run I’m like wow these feel soft, really comfortable but after a couple miles further my feet didn’t feel tired

The buying experience was good. First-time purchaser 10% discount was appreciated. Shipping was fast and secure. Hylo markets their shoes as being "true to size", but I found them a bit on the larger size and wish I'd have sized down by 1/2.

The Hylo Impact is a great shoe for daily use or for putting on the miles. I love the excellent traction and bouncy ride this shoe offers! Would recommend for distance training, everyday wear, and everything in between.

My IMPACT have more than 1000km, and still going strong !
I've been using them for daily milage and long runs on both road and some trails.
They are really comfortable, have the perfect balance between cushioning and rebound.
All this with being sustainable for the planet and for the mind.
