Well priced quality product. Acoustic ducting used in a small recording studio. Length was longer than ordered which was useful gave plenty of extra margin. Appreciated the included jubilee clips too.... Vis mer
First off parcel got lost so it needed replacing which was very quick an efficient. Person was very polite an did what he needed todo at his end then sent out parcel then it came next day.

I've checked with Royal Mail and yes, they lost your order. We apologise for that.
But I've searched throut the e-mails and we couldn't find any e-mail, or WhatsApp message or anything regarding you trying to contact us.
We have a rule as a company.
If a customer doesn't get his order, or it gets delivered damaged or any other issues we offer FULL Refund or FREE Replacement.
We've done that since we started and there were no exceptions.
But we need to know if that happened.
The saucers that you've ordered, we have thousand in stock, all sizes so there is no reason for us not to send them to you.
A 1 Star review costs us more than a few plastic saucers.
So please, contact us on sales@hydroponic-centre.co.uk or on WhatsApp at 07835.177.255 and we will sort you out.

Things like this happen unfortunatelly when using a third party courier. For situations like that we have other backups in place. We just need to be told that your order was not delivered.
We have a rule as a company.

Yes, you are correct with that.
Again as we said on the phone we apologise for Royal Mail.
And we will either send you a free of charge replacement or a full refund.
On every Bank Holiday weekend delivery time with Royal Mail goes from 24-48 to....whatever they feel like.
It's like they are deliverying through a detour in China or something.
Please get back to us, and let us know what the preffered solution would you like.

Technical wise we had a really bad day on Friday. Phone lines were down, we didn't got any calls, our mobile phone was left by one of our sales reps at a customer, we just got it back with a lot of missed calls and messages today.
What we offer customers that have had yours experience, first, we offer appologies. After that we have two options for you.
1. We can send you a replacement for you, free of charge.
2. We can refund you in full.

Happy with my order.
Delivery delayed by Royal Mail but compensated for the inconvenience. Friendly helpful staff, items arrived well packaged would use again but would prefer different delivery method.

Royal Mail problems I guess
It's hard to say but Royal Mail made the experience prolonged first item was supposedly lost in the post but the Royal Mail tracking never received it then the second package was delayed by postal strike so my project is well behind the product on the flip side is excellent and fantastic price

After initial problems with orders
After initial problems with orders, they rectified the problem and I received a couple of free bottles, very pleased eventually with their service after initial confusion. Highly recommended, I do love the stuff :)

Got 4 items very good price and very fast time of delivery but when it came one of my plastic bottles was split so had the liquid everywhere but they did rap it in fragile tap so more blame the delivery people for that hence the 4 stars would have been 5 otherwise but really happy overall ☺️
