Well priced quality product. Acoustic ducting used in a small recording studio. Length was longer than ordered which was useful gave plenty of extra margin. Appreciated the included jubilee clips too.... Vis mer

First off parcel got lost so it needed replacing which was very quick an efficient. Person was very polite an did what he needed todo at his end then sent out parcel then it came next day.

Instead of using soil, uses water, a growing medium and nutrient solution. You get exceptional control over nutrients, light, water, temperature and other environmental factors, allowing gardeners to optimise their growing and maximise yields, even in limited space.

I just checked with the courier.
Unfortunatelly your item was damaged in transit so they discarded it.
In cases like these if you contact us we offer our customer 2 options:
1. We can send a replacement
2. We can refund you in full.

Please contact us and let us know what would you prefer and we will sort it out for you.

We've dispatched that last week.
I can't see anything from the courier.

If the item doesn't get delivered in 48 hours, and there are no updates from the courier we consider the item lost and we will refund or replace it for you.

Yes, that's all on us.
The parcel was marked as dispatched.
In the office we didn't know that there is an issue with it.
By the time, after you called, we realised what has happened actually it was quite late.

This is all on our internal comunication.

First of all, yes you are correct, we didn't had that in stock BUT
We offered the other options we had available and we refunded you in full without delay or any other issues.
I'm sure that never in any universe stock discrepancies didn't happen, human error didn't happen, items that were damaged by mistake in the warehouse didn't happen, in your ideal world every order that was ever placed by any person was delivered without stock issues, without delivery issue...
Can you please go back to that world and stay there, because in this world, issues do happen, shortages do happen, human error does happen but we understand that and we're not ____ about it.

No tracking

No tracking, the order came in 2 shipments from 2 places is crazy

Never expected this one star considering how much support we offered in finding the delivery in the chaotic warehouse you call a business.
You placed a decent order that had a big tent, some nutrients and a roll of sheeting.
All was dispatched the same day and was delivered the next day.
Due to the fact that we have a lot of different products we have multiple warehouse across UK (don't know how is that an issue).
You received your order from two places, but
the next day, but because there is chaos in your goods in department you couldn't find.
Yes, there wasn't any tracking sent to you automatically but after you've requested the delivery details were provided to you.
The big parcel because it came on a pallet, the pallet company doesn't offer tracking, but we had a signed POD once the delivery has been done, and the roll, that warehouse can't update the tracking since the parcel was marked as dispatched by the first warehouse.

And since when shipping from two different warehouse is an issue of the seller?
Amazon does it, all big companies do it.
If you need some help with sorting the goods in department at your place we are more than happy to offer training.
We charge by the hour and we don't give 1 star reviews if you are slow on the learning side.
