Hybridgaming Anmeldelser

Super helpful, resourceful and friendly staff who were very willing to problem solve with me and were very upfront on pricing and outcomes.

I had an issue with my old laptop, slow running and issues with apps. Contacted Hybridgaming who couldn’t have been more helpful, listened to my issues and proposed two fix options, do an upgrade on my old machine or their recommended solution was to transfer existing data onto a reconditioned laptop which would be much faster and have up to date software. Opted for the reconditioned laptop and whilst I was there they also fixed an issue with my iPhone emails caused by a storage glitch for an app.
Delighted with the new faster laptop, could access all my documents/photos and was able to connect to my printer with no issues.
Can’t fault the service given and appreciated them taking time to explain things to me as I’m not that technically minded! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks!

Got work cabin outside behind house and wanted WiFi to use laptop for work. The guys discussed it in the office when I went to enquire, came up with a couple of potential solutions then arrived and fitted a working set up in about ten minutes. Terrific , works well, easy to use. Thanks folks. Great local service and fair price too.

Great service, did more than expected! One very happy teenager

Absolute heroes! Resolved my issue within a day, got me up and running again so now I won't miss my project deadline. Good price and very friendly. Would definately recommend.

Very friendly, polite and professional. Nothing was a problem, made me feel very confident in their ability to repair my laptop.
Would highly recommend.

Quick to build the pc and really appreciate them rushing it to get done.

Was some delay due to snow but they got it done quickly regardless do reccomended.

Good customer service and so far pc works like a charm really look forward to gaming with it 😎

First class service provided, guided each step of the procedure and kept up to date with the recovery of my harddrive.

I couldnt fine anywhere else to leave a review so putting it here. I bought my used gaming PC from Hybrid mid-2025, I've now put some mileage on it and its done a great job for me so far, couldnt be more pleased! The original order got damaged by the courier, but Dave at Hybrid sorted everything out, shipping me out a new PC before I had returned the previous one! It performs really well and they even helped me upgrade the memory.

Excellent service as always! Dave built a pc for me for my photography business. Just purchased another one for my son. Ordered at 10am and ready by 3pm. Amazing!
Very good value and always happy to help even for the smallest issue.

Great service, fast and knowledgeable.
Went above and beyond!

Amazing service! Fast and knowledgable. Really nice guys too.

My new ‘go to’

Fully recommend.

Replaced broken ipad screen. Ipad like new. Fab service reasonably priced

From order to purchase Hybrid gaming were excellent, they also delayed the build so my wife and I could pick up my son’s pc as close to Christmas as possible.

I had a problem with my new PC and the GPU needed to be reseated.
I had no idea what to do and it being new I would get someone who knows what they are doing. I went online and found hybridgaming close to me so gave them a call and they said that they'll be able to fix it that day. As it took only a few mins they did not take any cost. Excellent service and would absolutely recommend them. Will be surely using them again if needed.

Great service, knowledgeable staff.

First time I have been to hybridgaming. I was looking for advice regarding buying my son his first PC. The guys were so helpful and informative. Great service

Everyone kept me updated every step of the process. They asked what my son would use this for and made sure I had the right one for his requirements. Everyone I spoke to were fantastic, kind and patient especially as I’m clueless. Would highly recommend and would use again for any further purchases.

Ive used these guys several times.Im tech literate probably a bit more than the average guy from my previous careers. But you have to use the best resource for the job. These guys know far more than me in hadware/O/S and ICT conflicts. It makes perfect sense to spend a few £ on them to leave me getting on with business. Particular thanks to Fraser

Having been locked out of my iPad I walked in to the shop/office and explained my situation. The lovely lady on the desk took my iPad and someone through the back office had it fixed within 15-20 minutes possibly less as I left it in their extremely capable hands
Absolutely brilliant service
5 star service. Definitely recommend thank you x
