I was recommended Kat by 2 couples that have used her. After 2 years of very little sleep with my 2 year old I finally realised that we needed some help and she wasn't just going to 'grow out of it'.

Kat massively helped us with our little ones sleep! We went from having to lie with her every night to get her to sleep and 2 hourly wake ups throughout the night, again where i would have to lay with her until she fell back to sleep and give her a bottle on each wake up, to much quicker bed times, no bottles and one wake up through out the night where she managed to last night fall back to sleep herself. Her morning wake up are now 5:30/6am rather than 4:30am.

We had a weeks whatsapp support which i used everyday for guidance and questions.

There no quick fix but we're a week in and can see changes and I'm confident that going forward if we stick with what Kat has taught us then eventually we'll get to our goal of no more sleepless nights!

The first few nights are difficult as the toddler adjusts but honestly work though them and you will see light at the end of the tunnel. My little girl is very strong-willed and very much attached to me and its working for us!

We have used Kat previously for our first child who was experiencing difficulties with his sleep. With Kat’s knowledge and support we were able to work through a plan which massively helped us. Our little boy is now a fantastic sleeper! It was therefore an easy decision for us when we had our second little boy who we would look to purchase a new born sleep guide from. We have found the guide to be informative and it has allowed us to start building good sleep habits from day one.

One of the best decisions we made was to get support with our sons sleep. Working with Kat was fantastic it was like working with a friend. We worked together on what we thought would be the best option for our son, he was 8 months old when we worked with Kat and now he is almost 3 and is still sleeping solid. By night 2 of working with Kat he was self settling in his cot no more night feeds it was incredible! It helped everyone as he was sleeping so well and so were we and just made for a happier family all round! Not only that but she has given us the confidence to recognise signs of when we need to drop naps etc. Forever our fairy sleep mother 🥰

Honestly nothing short of a miracle worker. We were bouncing our 11 month old to sleep, every single nap, day and night and he only contact slept during the day. We were so nervous about him starting nursery and him not being able to sleep, we did lots of research and read reviews and gave Kat ago. She was incredible. Understood mine and my husbands concerns, worked with us, guided us, gave us the tools, patients and support we needed and we were so so surprised how quick her methods worked. She honestly changed our little guys sleep and saved my back! He is now 3 and is still an amazing sleeper. Bed time is my favourite. Would recommend to anyone who is struggling with sleep and wanting to change that.

I was at my wits end with my 6 month old baby boy. It’s hard to imagine now but he was only sleeping 45 mins at a time and would take twice as long to resettle and naps were non existent. I contacted Kat as a last resort and I’m so glad I did. Although at first it seemed like nothing was happening after a few weeks we massively turned a corner and he slept! We used her repeat service when he has a regression and once again she sorted him out. I really thought we were beyond help but she was so kind and encouraging and as soon as I called her I knew we had done the right thing. The support on WhatsApp is invaluable, she is so responsive that I could follow her guidance with every nap and now we have an amazing sleeper 🤞🏻 if you are struggling I guarantee it will be the best money you have ever spent!

Couldn't BELIEVE how much improvement there was in my little boys sleep, went from 30 minutes max to 5-6 hours straight at 6 months old. Sanity was given back to us as a family and we got to enjoy and take in more of our precious little man.
