WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR!!! They do not care about you you’re just a number for them. The client Barclays had terminated my contract for no reason whatsoever even though I had completed all my tasks. Huntswood said to me they won’t offer me any other roles. Their pay rate is good, however I am very upset with how they handled my case and treated me. They have loads off jobs available and they are not willing to offer me one even though I completed all tasks & passed my assessment.

Joke of a company. Don’t pay correct wages for overtime and incentives!!! Avoid

Don’t work here telling you this as a friend.
Kept me in limbo for 4 months with promises of start dates and new opportunities. You are way more valuable as a person so know your worth.

Terrible company they’ll hassle you just to be making 10£ an hour and they are so unprofessional, threaten to fire you for not having a camera on and they care more about seeing you than wether you can actually do the work

Very unprofessional company. Glad not to be involved with these incompetent individuals. Complete waste of time avoid them at all cost. Worst experience ever!

Spoke with Chole at the Liverpool office think she said, outstanding customer service, is lovely at what she does and know they deal with a lot in their day so well deserved 5 stars Chole time of the call 10.05

The only downside was the phone systems she passed me a few times to the right person waited about 10mins then the phone system hangs up on you without warning sure this can be fixed easily.

I've read the other reviews I well give them some slack the world is going through a hard time and everyone is struggling at the moment not just us as individuals but companies also.

Judging by the other reviews I am glad I didn't get involved with these guys. Out of the blue, I am contacted by a recruiter who wanted to interview me immediately which I could not do as I was working, so we agreed on a date and time for an interview....2 days later due to work schedules. So I turn up at the specified time all prepped and ready for the remote interview...but the interviewer is a no-show...So I wait around for 30 mins and sent an Email....3 days later still no response. Very unprofessional and amateurish. I would have to say AVOID like the plague. If this is how they treat potential recruits ...imagine how they treat employees and the other reviews suggest that they don't treat employees well...AVOID!

This firm is infamous as the worst company to work for as a contractor; however, they have brilliant reviews on the main portal to review employers (most of them look like written by the same guy with different identities: same style of telegraphically short reviews without full stops). I have tried several times to leave an objective review on that portal (with pros and cons of working there) but they manage to censor it every time. Very few contractors (who may well be desperate) would consider working for them again. To achieve your targets you have to either cheat or work extremely long hours, sometimes six days a week. Once we were inspected by their client, on whose behalf we were doing remedial work. We were coached on what to say if we were sampled for an interview, so we were pressured not to give spontaneous, honest answers to some of their questions. You would be pressured to donate to their chosen charities (which a colleague of mine described as “posh” charities, which none of us had ever heard of before) but when an evening receptionist who worked in the office building suddenly died (in 2017) they didn’t even inform us. Many of us grew fond of the receptionist as he was always friendly and pleasant, which was a nice change after a stressful day at work. A colleague, when she found out that he had passed away, approached the management asking if an email could be sent out to everyone who worked at that site of Huntswood. They paid lip service to her, but never did. The best are some colleagues. The worst is the pressure. If there are technical problems, whereby you no longer need to hit targets for that day, please make the most of it by “prepping” cases without pressure.

A nasty company to work for.

You sign for a three or six-month contract with them. A few days before the end of the contract (Christmas 2019), you're told it not being extended. Therefore, your lucky enough to get a contract elsewhere.

Then, on your last day, you are told the client changed their mind and you've been given an extension of 1 month. However, you declined because you are a starting a new contract next week. Huntswood then refuse to pay you for that last week as 'you failed to fulfill your notice period'!? I know 15+ people this has happened to with Huntswood as everyone knows how they work.

Or if you leave a contract midway through AND fulfill your notice agreement, they will take up to 4 weeks pay away from you for -'admin & training purposes'. Again, lots of ex-contractors will confirm this. One individual in particular who works there even goes out of his way to write bad references for people for spite of they leave before the contract ends.
