Couldn’t recommend this company more they were very helpful and took us straight to the airport and came straight to get us as soon as we called on landing. We asked for advise on where we could get air to fill our tyres up and they went out of their way to give us a machine on site before we drove away. We also lost a cap from the tyre and they all stopped to help us look for it. Exceptional service and would definitely use the again!

Very easy to book, easy to find, 5 mins from the airport, plenty of parking spaces, the minibus took us and collected us from the airport, first class service, would highly recommend.

Excellent, unable to fault the service . All friendly, efficient, courteous. Couldn't do enough to assist. Will definitely use them again . I can only praise this company for getting it right . Shows up some of the other " miserable" parking companies who just want to take your money but you turn up and they look like you woke them up in the early hours!

Yet another great service from this company. We arrived early, but no problem they took us straight away, no waiting. Checking the car was so easy and fuss free. Had a delay coming back, but again no problem with being picked up. Thank you Hunters.

Great staff, transfer to and from airport was quick with no hassle. Very little time spent waiting to be picked up. Had battery issues on return but all the staff there were great sorting it, can't thank them enough. Used them before and will always use again.

Early flight out and late flight home - Hunters were ready and waiting at every stage of the process. They took me to the airport without waiting around and were at the airport ready to us to their car park.

We had our flight plans changed at the last minute on returning home. We were meant to fly to Amsterdam and then Manchester with Air France, but this was changed to Frankfurt to Manchester with Lufthansa. No problem for Hunters, I emailed them the flight details and they were ready and waiting for me at T2.

Will definitely use them again.

Parked our car in early May for 2 weeks. The company had been recommended by a friend who uses them frequently. We were delighted with the service. We were driven directly to the airport without having to wait (which we have experienced at other airport car parks); we didn’t have to drag our suitcases to a central point as the car was being parked for us and we just had to unload at the office; on return we were collected quickly and at all times our suitcases were lifted into and out of the car for us. I think because of the very dry and dusty weather the guys had jet washed the car for us before our return: unexpected but much appreciated. In addition Hunters are very competitively priced. In advance of our holiday Customer Service was great because I foolishly gave the wrong dates, and it was sorted pleasantly and efficiently. Thank you.

I have used Hunters Parking Manchester Airport many times over the years and I have always received the very best of attention and service, however, and with much regret, my latest experience was far from satisfactory.
Unfortunately my car was in abit of a sorry state after spending 12 days at Hunters Parking Manchester Airport recently.
Upon my return the car looked as though it had endured what can only be described as a sand storm!
The car was covered with a dense layer of brown powder/dust.
Not only did the dust cover the entire car it had even infiltrated all 4 door openings including the boot and furthermore it was even in the engine bay.
I didn’t expect to come back to a gleaming car after it had been parked up for nearly 2 weeks, however, what I can not and should not expect is to come back to a car which appeared to have been parked on a building site for a fortnight!
This is completely unacceptable.
I had to spend the rest of the day cleaning the car which I did not appreciate after spending the previous 9 hours on a night flight from the USA.
This was most inconvenient and very frustrating.
I had previously recommended Hunters Parking Manchester Airport to a friend, however, I have now since retracted that recommendation based on my latest experience.
Extremely disappointing.

My wife and I have just returned from holiday and for the third time we trusted Hunters with our car and airport transfers.
Hunters are a friend but professional business who do that extra bit to assure you that your car is in safe hands.
They run a fast shuttle to and from the airport with helpful drivers.
The first time we left our car, it was February and they had warmed up the engine and we felt the benefit straight away.
This Sunday the 11th May, we noted that some cars had big sandy rain spots but ours was spotless, they had gone to the trouble of cleaning ours and someone was doing the same to another at 12. 30 am.

Top company who will have our custom whenever we go away.

Easy to find and quick transfer. Returned around midnight and the car ws ready and waiting with the engine running all ready for us. Good service.

I’ve used Hunters for quite a few years and they have always been polite and friendly, until today! I booked my “van” in with them last December and was quoted £120 for my stay (written confirmation by text). On arrival their card machine wasn’t working so we were told to pay when we returned. We were told to pay £140, I asked why so much and was told extra for van, even though I showed written proof of quote. The guy we were dealing with was adamant that we had to pay the extra and we had always paid it in the past, even though we haven’t been charged it before. It got a little heated and he certainly hasn’t got the right attitude to be dealing face to face with customers! We have used them about 4 to 5 times a year over the last several years but will not be returning again.

Used Hunters from 14/10/24 for a weeks parking. So impressed. We cannot recommend them enough. Everything from drop off to pick up was professional, quick and efficient. Got to the yard in minibus at midnight our car was at the front ready to go. Our driver even helped my husband put oil in the car because the light had come on just as we got to the airport the week before. Thank you Hunters.

The service was good, fast transfers to and from, my car ready with engine running and heat on.
But I won't be using them again.
As I arrived they told me I would have to pay £15 cash YES CASH) as it was a van. I showed the manager my V5 which clearly shows it as Class M1. + A CAR !!!
He refused and kept telling me it was a van, but my Caravelle is clearly a 7 seater car. anyway no budging him. Then he didn't believe that I could drive at 70mph on dual carraigeways whilst his van was limited to 60. I was too intent on the onward journey to debate further with him.
On return I find my cashback claim has been denied. I've lodged an appeal, but that could take over 3 months. So right now I'm £37 out of pocket, which makes them very expensive. But the service was excellent.

Have used Hunters twice in August following a recommendation. It did look a bit rough on arrival but, reasoned I was leaving my car (not my kids). The staff were friendly and helpful, transfer was short to the airport and we were helped to get our luggage on and off the shuttle bus.
Called them after we had collected our luggage, they arrived within 10 mins and popped our cases in the van and took us the short journey back.
On both occasions, my battery was flat on our return. Apparently this is a common issue with hybrid cars when they are left to sit for a period of time. Hunters got in started again with a battery pack. Wouldn’t have had this support at a some other long stay parking places!
Car was as clean/ dirty as I left it, no damage to vehicle and tracker evidences no use of car whilst in their care.
Will use them every time we fly from Manchester

Used the service as a family over two cars, while traveling abroad. We returned to pick up the cars in the early hours of the morning to find one of them had significant damage to the windscreen. This was not just a stone chip, but fully across the middle of the windscreen

When approaching the customer service, was told the Manager was unavailable until 09:00, but any damage would be recompensed and that the site had 24/7 CCTV and would investigate. After a period of 36 hours, from sending an email, after being unable to gain contact with the manager via telephone, we received email correspondence stating that the damage was not their responsibility, CCTV footage was not forthcoming and we would not be recompensed for the damage that occurred while the car was in their possession. Stating this was part of their Terms and Conditions.

When paying for the storage of your car whilst traveling, the least you expect is it to be safe and secure. We did not get that satisfaction, so beware any potential customers.

I left my car here with no damages while I went away on holiday for 10 days. Soon as I got in my car on return, I noticed a big crack to my windscreen. I am not happy as no one else would be, receiving your car not how you left it. I will not use a place like this again, I have learnt a big lesson. With my unfortunate experience, my advise is to phone a taxi or get a train.

Have used Hunters many times before in summer with no issues and in fact recommended them lots of times, but this time it was February. Their compound has always looked like a cluster bomb has gone off which doesn't give a good impression, but still, not really been a problem. When we loaded our bags into the back of the minibus the floor looked like it was well on the way to rotting through, which was a bit worrying. There always seems to be plenty of cars there so they must be making decent money so I can't understand why they don't invest in the up keep of their premises and vehicles, it is like they are trying to do things on the cheap. Normally when we have returned before the car has been ready and waiting, nice and warm but this time it was just parked up at the end of a row with the front door partially closed and the tailgate up about a foot, it is a power tailgate so it must have been forced back down. My car was clean when it was left but now it had big splashes of mud all over the bodywork, it must have been driven through all the craters quite fast and carelessly to achieve that, and when I opened the drivers door their was mud all over the inner sills, up the door card on the speaker grill and the pedals and mats were filthy, it is a beige interior and looked terrible, no attempt had been made to clean it up, not what you expect when someone has supposed to be looking after your car. I had booked again with Hunters for 23 days in July/August, but that has not been cancelled and I won't be using them again.

If you want to park your car before flying from Manchester Airport, you should 100% entrust your car with this company. I've used them many times before due to competitive prices but most of all efficiency. They're just 5 mins from the airport and they run a minibus back and forth 24/7. Last night as I arrived home from the 25° heat of Fuerteventura to the -3° at Manchester I went to find my car nicely warmed up in preparation for me. However, I had an issue with my car, in that I had inadvertently tripped the immobiliser and the car switched itself off, but the two members of staff they had on spent nearly an hour in the freezing cold trying different things to help me avoid calling the RAC (the last thing you want when it's midnight in this weather). They finally got the car started for me and I was able to get back home to my nice warm bed.

So in short, Hunters often come out either cheapest or close to it, always competative but they go above and beyond. Plus when you call to say you're back they'll normally be round within 5 minutes to collect you and take you back to your car. Thank you to Hunters, I advise anyone to use them.
