We recently drove 2.5 hours to Manchester Airport and booked with NCP. Upon Arrival at 3am, they turned us away and we're very rude despite having paid.

We found Hunters by accident and when we arrived we explained what had happened. Andy and the night shift team sorted us out instantly, were very friendly and helpful, providing parking and taking us straight to the airport.

We would definitely use them again and would reccomend them. Thank you!

We would like to clarify that Hunters Airport Parking is a separate independent business and in no way affiliated with the company trading as both Manchester Park & Ride and Secure Airport Transfer Ltd.
Unfortunately, due to a shared access point/location and our signage being at the entrance, we have received a number of reviews relating to services, vehicles, staff, procedures and customer experiences that were not provided by Hunters Airport Parking.
We understand that customers may understandably be confused when arriving at the location, but we want to reassure all Hunters customers that we operate separately and our service standards, vehicles, booking processes and team are our own.

Great Airport Parking service. We were really impressed. Drop your car at the office (no searching for a car space). Bus transfer in minutes. On return, ring them and (again) they pick you up in minutes. The car was all ready warmed up and waiting for us. Great people Great service. 100% recommend

Absolutely fuming with the service we received. We were told to wait at Stand H for pickup, so we called Hunters to let them know we had arrived. Airport staff then informed us the mini buses had been diverted, so we rang the car park reception immediately to update them.

We then stood waiting where we were told for 30 minutes, only to be told by Hunters reception to move outside the car park because they “weren’t paying” for pickups there. Fine, we moved — but after another 15 minutes of waiting we called again to ask how much longer, as we had our 1-year-old baby with us who still hadn’t had her dinner.

Their response? There were “12 other people waiting to be picked up.”

In the end, we gave up waiting and ordered an Uber ourselves, which cost us an extra £15. From the moment we ordered the Uber, waited 15 minutes for it to arrive, and then travelled to the car park, not once did anyone contact us to update us on how much longer the wait would be or if there was a different pickup location.

This company is clearly understaffed and doesn’t have enough mini buses to cope with demand. The least they could have done was be honest about the waiting time so we could have stayed inside to feed our little girl properly, or we would have just ordered an Uber straight away.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service after a long journey.

Could not thank hunters enough for their proffesional service they gave us after being let down by the Manchester park and ride if it was not for them.we would have had problems getting to airport great service from the man at the desk to the guys what drove us to and back from.the Airport proffesional and friendly could not praise them enough

Highly recommend - just travelled back from Tenerife, picked up within 5 minutes of calling. Car ready as soon as we pulled in to the car park!

The staff at the key handover & the mini bus drivers were absolutely brilliant too.

We have used the Hunters service on many occasions. The service on our latest recent visit was excellent, as ever. Andy & his night shift team helped assist us with a small difficulty we had. Nothing was to much trouble for him and his team. We wont hesitate to use them again.

Lovely staff, fuss free drop off and pick up service, very competitive price, will definitely use again if we fly from Manchester.

First time using. Prompt in communications. On arrival in the middle of the night, dealt with quickly and professionally. Clarified pick up arrangements before being taken promptly on their shuttle. Pick up was fast inspite of flight delay. Car ready, waiting and warm. I was impressed by the quality of service and would recommend.

My first time using but i have already recommended. Easy to find, really friendly polite staff. Dropped off & picked up without a long wait. My car was clean, running & warm which was heaven at 2am. Excellent service will definitely use again. Thankyou

I would like to leave a review i have used this parking numerius times in the last couple of years and have always felt confident my vehicle is being looked after always running and warm in the colder conditions ready for my onward journey and the staff going above and beyond everytime one of our last time my partner left his bag with his passport etc at the reception Andrew called our driver and he turned around allowing us to collect it an have a stress less time at the airport but this time i cannot praise the guys enough i was due to arrive back in the UK 2nd March however due to our flight being cancelled this was noy going to be possible i called the office to advise and was told not to worry keep them informed and "get home safe " which i really appreciated a call the following day i got the same personal treatment finally i arrived back on the evening of the 4th March where i was greeted by a lovely driver who was so appolgetic that he had no room in the minibus for us but took one of our cases and arranged for another driver to come and collect us who was just as lovely on arrival at the park i had found the the oprevious driver had put my case in the acr for me and again car was warming up for my journey home thank you guys your consideration and going above and beyond changed my last stressful few days into a lovely experience well done much appreciated you are all stars see you all in May

I can honestly say this is the best parking I have used and I have been to a lot of different places!
Customer service was amazing very easy to find.
The cherry on the cake was getting dropped back my car and it was waiting for me warmed up and ready to go. Great touch as it was a cold day!
Will definitely be using again.

Best airport parking I've used, easy to find, minibus waiting to take you straight away, pick up great phone them and they pick you up without having to wait ages. Car was running with boot open as we arrived back which was great as it was freezing and snowing so we could just set off straight away, also friendly staff

Dropped my car off for a short break on my return I noticed a rather crude repair to my paint work on my front skirt went through there procedure and they have ruled they are not liable lesson learnt I have used this place for 10 years and that’s how they treat you

We started using Hunters about 4 years ago, and have never looked back , the guys are so helpful and on your return journey give them a quick call to say you are ready and you are waiting about 5-10 minutes for your transfer. On getting back to pick vehicle up it is always ready with the engine running and boot open for your luggage ..even if you have had a late flight home, faultless service.. A** See you in April

Couldn’t recommend this company more they were very helpful and took us straight to the airport and came straight to get us as soon as we called on landing. We asked for advise on where we could get air to fill our tyres up and they went out of their way to give us a machine on site before we drove away. We also lost a cap from the tyre and they all stopped to help us look for it. Exceptional service and would definitely use the again!
