Toni Hunter Ltd is the home of Hunter FDS, Hunter VFO and Hunter IAS. We provide collaborative, approachable accountancy and business advisory services to support your commercial ambitions or charitable objectives. Board-level Management Accounting: To keep focused on business performance and make operational decisions, business owners need relevant and timely management information. Whether you want to monitor cashflow, keep track of expenditure against a budget or build information to support a funding application, our mission is to ensure you have the right data to make the most of your business potential, without taking up your valuable management time. We will work with you to decide the level of detail and format of reports that would be useful to your senior management team. These reports are compiled from your bookkeeping data, but reviewed and explained by a qualified accountant on either a monthly or quarterly basis. We can liaise with auditors, bank managers or other professionals at your request. Fully or partially outsourced bookkeeping functions: We can either support you and your finance team, or simply take the burden of managing your day-to-day business finances away, after all you didn’t create your fabulous business to be a bookkeeper, did you? Our experienced team will use the latest technologies to efficiently keep digital accounting records that are compliant with HMRC requirements and provide the foundation for quality management reporting. We will work with you to establish how much support you need and build a service offering bespoke to your business. This could include everything from inputting documentation, to reconciling bank accounts, managing payroll, submitting VAT returns, ensuring suppliers are paid on time and managing the sales ledgers for efficient collection of debts. If you already have a finance function within your business, we can provide a systems review and if needed, support with the implementation of new efficient processes. Not-for-profit accounting and financial governance: From bookkeeping and payroll through to Trustee guidance, meeting facilitation, advice on income generation, performance analysis and policy creation and implementation, we're here to support your achievements and improve your impact. We also carry out Independent Examinations and liaise with auditors if appropriate. Vis mer
