I would give them Zero rating
I would give them Zero rating. I paid for 1 year subscription and now 1-1/2 months into it, I can't stream anything on their servers. My emails to Support went unanswered. Will contest charges with my CC ompany.

It just doesn't work well
It just doesn't work well. I mean , it costs double what a lot of the competition costs, so you would expect it to be better, but it's not. I expect this review to be culled before it gets published. You know that when a company has all good ratings and hardly any bad ratings that something is wrong. You can't please everyone. If you want sub par performance then save money and go to the competition

You have to try On The Go for yourself.
I signed up with the 10 trial and the movies and channels got me hooked. There is no lagging and the service works better than expected. We just added the 180 day plan. I would highly recommend for all the good movies at a great price. Thank you
