Thank you for your feedback regarding the support experience you encountered. We truly value all feedback from our customers as it helps us improve our services.
Upon reviewing your feedback, we understand your frustration regarding the delay in resolving your issue. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
However, we would like to clarify that the delay in support was not due to any negligence on our part. The issue you encountered was related to server and store settings, which are beyond the scope of our extension's support coverage.

another Great extension from Huntbee
I have used their Order Status Email / SMS Template Designer PRO extension for a few years now. I've just upgraded my Opencart Website to the latest version and the extension was very easy to install and set up. I managed to copy over my settings from the old website easily. Very pleased with the quality of the extension and the help provided by the developer.
