The support license $12.75 for 6months
The support license is for one year. After that, you can't even download it.
It doesn't matter if I need support or not.
Renewal Price for the license is $12.75 for 6months.
Not only can it not be downloaded, but the support
is not friendly and rude.
I am very disappointed.

Dear Sascha,
Thank you for your feedback. I understand your frustration, and I’d like to clarify the policy once more for both you and other users who might see this. Our support license includes access to downloads, updates, and customer support for the mentioned period. After the license expires, renewal is required to continue receiving these benefits. This policy is standard across the OpenCart marketplace and ensures continued development and support for all users.
I apologize if there was any misunderstanding or if our previous communications didn’t meet your expectations. Please feel free to reach out again if there’s anything further I can assist you with.

I have bought several Huntbee Mods…
I have bought several opencart modules from Huntbee. Only once I've had need to contact support, and even then problem existed only because I had modified my theme so it wasn't no longer compatible out of the box. It didn't take Huntbee support long at all to find that the issue was because I had modified Journal theme a bit, and they provided me clear instructions how to make it work again as intended - with the modified theme.
