The engineer arrived with all the equipment during the allotted time so very convenient when planning my day.
The time in the home was very helpful in helping to organise and setup the additional extension units.

Just had hull fibre come and fit cables from front of the house to the rear to a shed we now have full internet in our shed summerhouse very professional and would highly recommend this company thank you very satisfied cliff and melanie

Appalling customer service. Couldn't have been timed better but internet went off around 6pm Friday night. After doing usual checks and resets I called hull fibre for help to get a call centre. No body available till Monday Which I find ridiculous we were told as part of the sales pitch should anything go wrong; we can help 24/7. We were called on Saturday to do checks and a fault with outside box was identified but was then told nobody is available until Tuesday I insisted somebody sort it immediately. Agent said will try and let you know. No call has come. You've completely abandoned us. Can't do anything. Can't work. Can't do my month end. Nothing. Had an important bank transfer to do so I now risk losing my initial deposit and purchase. One of your agents actually laughed at our situation when I called at 8.24pm. Appalling service!!!!

Finally was able to change provider.
From start to finish the whole process was easy and all the team are super helpful

I had a n issue with Speed and WiFi and Ben from Hull Fibre dealt with the problem quickly, efficiently and professionally.
Ben was helpful and went over and above in resolving the problem.
I am so happy that we left KCom for Hull Fibre. We now have a service that is reliable and half the cost of KCom.

Recently changed over to Hull Fibre. The experience was first class connecting up was straight forward communication with Hull Fibre was excellent. The service is great we would highly recommend this company if you are considering changing your supplier.

Internet absolutely fine when it works however ours went down on Saturday called to be told to go to a public library if we needed internet as just an emergency number. how ridiculous to try and compete with other providers when you don’t get things fixed out of hours been calling for the last few days still nobody has turned up to fix the problems after being given a pm appointment unless you can guarantee your connection is going to work between 9&5 avoid and even then as proven over the last few days nobody turns up to worth the problem will be paying a bit extra and going back to kcom

Your colleagues that came to my house were very friendly. They went through all the details with me . Your guys that came to mine to fit the outside stuff were friendly and did a neat tidy job . The guy that came to install the box was very friendly and went through the instructions clearly. I had not noticed with my internet how slow it was but after your guy had fitted your internet in, I could not believe how fast yours was Positive from start to finish 👍 10 out of 10 👍

Hull Fibre has demonstrated excellent communication and customer support. Dan, the technical support manager, is very knowledgable in his field and was extremely helpful and readily available through the initial setting up stages. Despite some initial challenges, the company has efficiently and professionally addressed any issues that arose. The internet service itself is fast and reliable accommodating multiple devices and gaming consoles without any performance issues. Overall, I would recommend Hull Fibre to others seeking reliable internet service at competitive and affordable prices.

I have only had Hull fibre a few days .The service has been brilliant from start to finish. Including initial contact about switching,the full installation/ customer service even the guys in St Stepens shopping centre when I spoke to them to ask a question. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I am passionate about good customer service having worked in customer service in one way or another for many years .Its nice to experience it, not many company's seem to put the customer first . Definitely a company

Been with them now for a few months and it’s been nothing but excellent service. Had a slight issue with the install (MS3 hadn’t joined the cable properly up the street) but after 1 email it was sorted within a few days. Also wanted to change my bill date, 1 email, sorted!! Super quick internet and cheaper than that company that have robbed Hull blind for the last 15 or so years!! Would highly recommend.

Initially I was apprehensive, and Kcom tried to put me off switching, but seeing as they decided to increase my bill and then only wanted to offer me a discount/better deal once I told them I was switching, I stuck to my guns and I'm glad I did because I now have great customer service from a chap called Daniel, the speeds are better than advertised and I'm paying less than I was with Kcom. All without any price rises either. Thank you to Kcom, because without you I would not be with Hull Fibre.

Brilliant to deal with as always - engineers came within 2 hours to sort out the problem and were very polite and quick to solve the problem.

Been with the company for a fair few months now amazing speeds, ran in to an issue where my WiFi went off last night and they sent someone out today to fix it, technical support team was amazing thank you

Not had for long, not the best start. Went off 2 hours after install, had to have someone out to replace. Partner lost 2 days work. 1 day install, 1 day for repair. Customer service was good, easy to contact. Replacement of box done the job. Works fine

Had installation today, everything was done smoothly and effectively. The engineers were friendly and informative.
Customer services also very helpful during the sign up process, always answered my calls prompt and were friendly and helpful.

Really easy and professional service, came on time fitted box hassle free and clean up after wards even though there was next to no mess, answered all my questions.
