From my initial contact with Jason to the boiler installation by Greg everything went perfectly smoothly & problem free.

Right from the get go Jason gave great advice making picking the right boiler for me so much easier, Logic+combi2 c30. And at a reasonable price.
The engineer Jack turned up nice and early on the day set to work straight away, he was very polite & respectful.
The job was completed and Jack went through everything he'd done and the functions, Inc how to use the EPH control. Jack took all debris and rubbish away leaving me back in the 21st century with heating and hot water. Definitely recommend HUG BOILERS.

Jack who put boiler in was good he exclaimed everything as he went along cleaned up after himself .made good job in cupboard he took old tank out of everything was took away .he was nice to talk to .next day Wayne came electrician very nice man you could tell he loved is job .he explained everything as well .both of them went above and beyond so thank you .you have two very good men .I have spread the word about them.they are the best workers we have .ever had .Joyce Spence from selby Yorkshire

From start Jason gave great advice,boiler was installed when we needed it within a week, lads johhny and his mate(sorry forgot his name)were great ,arrived early after a 1half hour journey, straight into the job ,polite respected our home( I'm a fussy person 😀 ) great job would recommend hug boilers, competative quote ,I went with worcester bosch 4000 30kw, so quiet I had to check it was working OK!! Great 👍

From start to finish with firstly Jason who went through all the details so thoroughly with me and was such a nice person .
Adrian the engineer was again very thorough and extremely polite then the electrician Wayne who again was a pleasure to having working at my house .

Excellent initial communication from Jason Brownrigg The Heating Surveyor who set the job up and a excellent Installation from Craig Coleman the Installer.
Craig was bang on time this morning and the Installation was completed in no time at all.
He used covers and I have to say was one of the cleanest and tidiest people I have come across.

A service engineer visit is booked for the morning or afternoon. Also, the engineer should ring on completion of the job prior to yours! So, the engineer arrives at a totally different time without an update phone call. Nobody in, no surprise!

Great service from Hug Boilers, Very good price no pressure sales men boiler was fitted and up and running 2 days after I placed my order, Went for the Ideal Logic + 30kw what a difference this has made to my heating, Many thanks to Jona & his apprentice for installing the boiler, Great lads nice clean job done.

Our existing boiler had broken down (again) so we decided to renew. I got three quotes (Hug was not the cheapest). Their rep came and did a survey a chap Called John. He gave me no end of advice and being an engineer myself I understood most of what he was telling me. We chose a Viessmann boiler. This was on Wednesday 15th Jan. The very next day Thursday 16th Jan the engineer Michael Stephenson came and fitted our new boiler. He arrived well before appointment time and the new boiler was installed and running by lunch time. The service was second to none and the boiler has 12 years warranty and the first five years servicing included in the price. We are very happy with the whole experience with Hug and their service. Please pass on our thanks to John and Mick (sorry but I can't remember John's surname)

What more can i say, the engineer arrived on time. Then explained everything that was going to happen, then on completion explained everything about the EPH control. I was more than pleased with everything that he had done, you would not have known he had been here. As for HUG Boiler's the company where very helpful in all aspects, especially Jason in providing all the information on the various boilers. With very competitive prices, i would definitely recommend to anyone.

Jason was great at explaining what we needed. He organised everything very well in a very professional matter.
The engineer's who came were friendly
and explained each stage of the job.
They carried out the work in a good and cheerful manner.
We would recommend this company for the work they have done and in the matter they did it.

Can't praise Hug boilers and in particular Jason and Rachel. I recently had a problem with my boiler which had been fitted 6 months ago. The fitting was done on the day and at the time agreed and the engineer was fantastic. The water pressure dropped on my boiler and I couldn't fill it. My fault as I assumed it was the same as my old boiler but sadly not.
Contacted Hug who immediately put in a request to ideal. Ideal contacted me to say the boiler was out of warranty. It was the weekend but I sent a WhatsApp message to Jason on Sunday evening who assured me our boiler was in warranty and Rachel would sort it first thing the following day. Just after the office opened I received a copy of an email sent to Ideal with my warranty documents attached to put any doubt aside. Same day got a call from Ideal who walked me through the refilling and arranged a visit from an engineer to nip up a couple of loose connections.
Well done Jason and Rachel. Customer service at it's very best.

I would like to highlight that Chris Cave has been absolutely exemplary in providing customer service. He was consistently polite, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, ensuring that we fully understood each step. His proactive approach and promptness in getting things sorted on time have been greatly appreciated. Chris made sure everything went smoothly, and his dedication to delivering high-quality service really stood out. It's rare to experience such excellent support, and I am thoroughly impressed with his work.

John (surveyor) was very helpful in assisting with choices of boilers. He went through the process of ordering and then what would happen at installation.
The installation engineer (Greg Roper) was very professional in his approach and explained the approximate time table for the installation. He arrived at the requested time and carried out the job in a clean and tidy manner.
On completion of installation he explained the controls for the boiler

Good quote, excellent product and fitted quickly without fuss. The aftercare reads well and should give me peace of mind for several years.
