Stay away they're a fraudulent company that uses inferior materials and can not understand consumer rights. Customer service is shite and delivery and packaging is terrible.
The shoes are of inferior quality; they are counterfeit. Upon ordering, you receive a so-called US size, which disregards the accuracy of the delivery address details. They are requesting an exchange of money due to the use of substandard and counterfeit materials. Please be advised ⚠️. The items are of low quality.

The shoes showed up at least two sizes too small. They have an ugly orange stripe at the top of the tongue and they took two months to arrive. Im pretty sure they are not leather, as advertised. The experience is so bad i am disputing the charge on my credit card as fraud.
After several emails inquiring as to status of product, two months later, product was received. I ordered a pair of men's shoes. the were shipped in a plastic bag. Description of shoes said leather... the are plastic/vinyl.
Product is garbage.
Trying to get them to refund. Keep offering new shoes or 20% refund. Told them I want full refund. They say only that shipping costs are customer expense.
Total scam company out of China.
Lesson learned. DO NOT shop with hudsonhills.com
Absolutely the worst “attempted “ buying experience in my life!
Over twenty communications and given five different excuses and still never received merchandise.
Demanded refund as of today after five weeks of waiting. We will see how long that will take. AWFUL!!
Buyer Beware!!!! Don’t waste your money.
I ordered two pair of shoes on Jan 29, it’s March 14th, and I’ve received one pair. I ordered leather shoes, the pair that arrived are not leather and cheaply made. Their customer service is non existent - you can’t get anyone on the phone and I sent numerous emails and received two responses that were worded the same so I assume it’s an auto response. I even contacted their parent company (got the info from PayPal) without any response. This is a fraudulent company and they should not be allowed to sell products in the US.
I am now working through PayPal to get a complete refund.
The shoes I ordered are described as follows, "Handmade from rich suede with a focus on authentic craftsmanship. Contrast durable stitching and sturdy laces create a distinctive, enduring character. Finished with a cushioned insole and soft inner lining for pressure-free comfort, and a durable outsole crafted to last."
None of this is true. The shoes are NOT made with leather suede, rather all of the material is synthetic. There are no eyelets for the laces, rather only holes punched through the very thin fake suede. All of the material is of very poor quality. In short, the shoes seem to be made for costume use rather than for actual daily wear.
Do not purchase anything from Hudsonhills.
Horrible quality and zero customer service. Not even a packing list in the order.
Buyer Beware! This place is a total scam. I ordered one size they sent me a size too small. The wait time from China is 2 weeks. Their return policy is a joke. In order to return the wrong shoes they make you send them back to the UK which cost more than the price of the shoes. Be wise don’t buy here
Cheap garbage Plastic fake leather . sole of shoe is paper thin and shoe actually isn't made correctly and arch way too high. Its a scam I am throwing mine away in garbage I received on 10/31 and going in garbage same day
