I am extremely disappointed with Huck Logistics. This company is completely unprofessional and, in my experience, operates in a very dishonest way.

They asked for a deposit upfront, which already raised some concerns, but I went ahead anyway. After a few hours, I followed up to ask for an ETA, and suddenly I received a message saying the driver had an accident. From that point on, nobody answered anymore — no updates, no explanation, nothing.

This behavior is unacceptable. If there was really an issue, a serious company would communicate clearly and keep the client informed. Instead, they just disappeared after taking the money.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be very careful. This felt like a scam, and I would not trust this company again.

My experience went very well with them they picked up my car on time April 7 and they told me will arrive April 11 I did receive it April 12 so I recommend them

Initially, I tuned Huck Logistics down because of bad reviews. However, I am glad I gave them another chance. Sarah Miller reached back out to see if I still needed their services and I am glad she did. Sarah's communication was stellar throughout the process. She was accommodating with some of their other policies and really made my experience great! I'd ship with Huck Logistics again and again! Thanks Sarah!

Scammers! Huck Logistics LLC gave me a Quote ID 2828 for $375 to transport a truck from Orlando Fla to Ahoskie, NC. Before agreeing I explained that the keys would need to be sent this my son's grandfather's house in Palm Bay, Fla and picked up by the driver. They said no problem and no additional charge. My son paid upfront the $375 on January 13, 2026 as required. When his grandfather got the keys we let them know that the keys were their. They picked up the keys. When they got to the truck they tried to increase the cost to an additional $1000 that neither my son nor I had. On January 22, 2026, my granddaughter had just died at 16 years of age and I was crying and having to deal with this. I was deep in grief and they just wanted more money. I tried to explain that we didn't have any more money and that we agreed on that price. The employee was Ben. At one point he even laughed. He offered to return $175 and then $125. I said no. I need to receive all the money back because they didn't do the job. Every day I texted or tried to call to get the money back. I asked to speak to Scott Robinson the owner of record of Huck Logistics. Harry refused and hung up on me several times. They didn't even care about me telling them I would write reviews so the world will know that they are scammers. They didn't care. I posted on Yelp and Harry called me and said he would return the money then called back and asked me to remove the post. I refused. He never sent the money. They have changed the number from 313-217-1448 to 347-666-3214. Harry has cursed at me and sent F U emojis. We need the money back. $375. Just think if they did that to me how much more will they charge you? Please run away from this company. You are better off flying and driving your vehicle back to your house or paying a person you know to go get the vehicle for you.

Worked with Ricky Davis on a hard to get move and found he is willing to go way out of the way for his customer's. If you need something moved I suggest you use Ricky. Customer service is so hard to find and today I finally found some worth bragging about. I will definitely be using him again on my next move.

I asked that the contract be revised with the disclaimers to be removed and they did that. And also gave me a guaranteed price. They kept their word . That all any of us want. No "bait and switch"

I initially tried to get a shipment from a person named Bill . I paid my initial deposit via zell. On the day of my Delivery Bill told me that my Driver had a Terrible accident and had to go the hospital, And the only other driver available was charging twice the amount of the original contract deal.. I tried to call the Original Huck Logistics phone that was listed on web site and it was turned off. Absolutely a scam. Here is the rebuttal From Bill after I posted the review. Bill stated " Only after the review is taken down only then will he refund my deposit". Just terrible business ! Don't ever do business with Huck Logistic unless you want to loose your money

If I could give zero stars I would this company is a scam. They take a deposit on Cash app and don’t bother getting your car. Then they have the nerve to tell you that they won’t give you back your deposit. On top of that they tell you you’re gonna have to pay a whole bunch more. I went from $420 to ship my truck 600 miles up to $980. This company is a joke.
