Literally the biggest scam ever. I don't often write negative reviews but these guys are crooks. They told me my shipment would be $700, I agree and pay deposit, then they say it will actually be $2,700!

Then when I say I cant afford that and to just cancel the shippment they ghost you and dont refund you're deposit. Shaddy shaddy people

I had a very poor experience with USA CarShip.

First, they provided a lowball ship estimate to get me to sign their contract with $100 deposit, (which provided no price guarantee and required you to use their service exclusively or pay $200 cancellation fee). The deposit was to be paid to the driver (but later told that it was for insurance.)

The contract failed to disclose (Nor did they disclose it verbally) that they had $150 broker fee, regardless of the transport price.

The original quotes were 3 to 4 times the original estimate. Their final quote was 2 times their original estimate (which they required me to take or charge me a $200. cancellation fee.)

The final estimate they quoted was $100 greater and the transporters quote.
Also, they requested an $100 advance for the Transporter’s gas (but never provided that to the transporter.)

In summary, They charged me $450 for their service for a transport that only cost $400.

Steer clear of this firm and their bait & switch scam practices.

This is a scam and i don't recommend anyone trying to ship their car with them. They will tell you the price for the car to be shipped and after you sign that stupid contract, they will change the price. It's very unfortunate that i fall for their trap and if you are planning to ship your car with them, please think twice. I have requested for my refund, and they are not willing to pay it because i shipped my car to a more reputable company. I will not stop writing reviews until i received my refund. Its two weeks now. Finn Smith i need my money. STOP SCAMMING PLEASE

Good company I want to work with them in the future

This is a good company, and we are very satisfied with their services and professionalism. The team was responsive, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate their dedication and quality of work, and we will surely collaborate with them again in the future.

Horrible experience. Just like the last company, they promise a time and date and then just keep moving it again and again. They are unprofessional. After being told they can do this the next day or two, they canceled and said next week. I checked in three times to make sure it was still happening. About 10 minutes before the pick up time they said they can't do it. They will lie to you and the demand you pay more to cancel. What a scam.

Having big problems with this company, first the courier who picked up the key to auto close the garage and it was unable to be open. Had to mail the house key at a cost of $56 our this resulted in a two day delay for picking up the auto, then the agent wanted me to pay a additional charge of some $150.00 which I disagreed with. They threaten to take car off road, I state okay just tell me where it is and I will arrange another company to pick it up. The price which I agree on was to be $399 they even wanted more money because of the location. I would not recommend this company.

Communication was quick and delivery was safe, but some unexpected extra fees appeared during the process. Overall, a mixed but acceptable experience.

Bait and switch threats I could go on they say 1 thing do another then tried telling me I need to pay over 11000

I had a great experience with them. from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive, which made the car shipping process smooth and stress-free. From my first inquiry, they took the time to explain each step clearly and answered all my questions with patience and transparency. Communication was consistent throughout the process, and I always felt informed about the status of my vehicle.

Good company with professional and friendly staff. Communication was clear, pickup and delivery were on time, and pricing was explained upfront. Overall a smooth experience and I would use them again in the future.

This company missed two different pickup times costing many hours of waiting. They also promised all inclusive pricing around $700 and then asked for three times the amount over $2000. We planned to use the vehicle for a trip and it never arrived. After a week of back and forth and unsreponsive communications, they refused to cancel, refund and attempted to charge a cancellation fee, despite being unable to deliver what they agreed to.

My experience with this company was deeply disappointing and, frankly, exploitative. I originally had a written contract for $435. What I was later told was the “formal contract” turned out to be an agreement that transferred my shipment to a completely different individual—at a price of $1,299. At that point, my vehicle was already in their possession, leaving me with no real choice but to pay $600 more than the amount we had agreed upon.

The individual who ended up with my contract, a man named Steve, demanded cash upon delivery and insisted on $1,000—bringing my total cost to $1,600. When I explained that I didn’t have that amount in cash, he refused to let me retrieve my own vehicle or accompany the driver to the bank. Instead, he told me, “Maybe you can get the car in Miami or New Jersey,” and had the driver leave with my vehicle.

The car was only brought back after I pointed out that the driver would be passing directly by my home on the way to Tampa from Miami. Even then, I was told I needed to pay an additional $100 “for gas.”

This entire situation felt deceptive and coercive from start to finish. I was charged far beyond the agreed-upon amount, misled about the contract, and put in a position where my own vehicle was essentially held hostage. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and strongly urge others to be cautious. Finn Smith is an unethical theif.

We were very pleased with the service provided by USA CarShip. Our car was transported as agreed, pickup went smoothly, and delivery was on time. Overall, the execution was solid and professional.

I want to specifically highlight Richard, our representative. He worked hard to secure a fair rate with the drivers and did an excellent job mediating when pricing issues came up. This industry is not an easy one as it’s common for a price to be agreed upfront with USA CarShip and then, later on, for the truck driver to push for a higher amount. We had quite a bit of back and forth, and Richard stayed involved, advocating for us and helping mitigate what could have become a much bigger increase.

In the end, the final price was still above the initial contract amount, but thanks to Richard’s efforts, it was kept as low as realistically possible under the circumstances. That made a real difference.

Word of advice to anyone using car shipping services (not just USA CarShip): be prepared that the final price may end up being higher than initially quoted. Don’t hesitate to push back and fight for the best possible rate because if you don’t, you can easily end up paying $200–$300 more. Unfortunately, that’s an industry practice. The positive here is that USA CarShip actively helped us reduce that gap instead of leaving us on our own.

I would recommend USA CarShip, especially if you work with someone like Richard who is willing to step in and protect the customer.

These guys are scammers. Took a deposit and never picked up the car or did anything. Now they will not refund my money. Very dishonest company. Not American ways at all. Just scammers and Finn is the biggest liar

Total bait and switch company. Give one price and date for car shipping..then hold you hostage when they change the date and raise the price. F rating from BBB as well. Worst experience ever!

Very professional and i will use this company again

The representative attempted to charge nearly double the originally agreed price, which caused significant stress as shipping dates kept changing. I eventually told them I could no longer handle the pressure and clearly asked for the order to be canceled so I could arrange transport through another shipping company.

Despite this, USA CarShip is now refusing to refund my $350 deposit, claiming they dispatched a driver---even though the cancellation request was made beforehand.

Thank you Thomas
