So my rating is as many negative stars…

So my rating is as many negative stars that I could give it but I had to give it one star.

I placed an order on March 8th. I understand it takes time to do the infusion for what I ordered. And I also understand that the family had some medical issues going on. So here we are over 3 months later and my order still has not shipped. I was told last week that it would go out no later than Friday. The label printed on Saturday not Friday, but it's still sitting in their facility NOT SHIPPED! I definitely do not recommend this business to order from whatsoever! Once I get my order I will never be ordering from them again and blocking all emails coming from them. And I will also be making recommendations to all of my friends never to purchase from this company.

Where’s my order, who knows?

I ordered on March 17 of this year. I still have not received my order and have received 2 emails stating how far behind they are! Just excuses at this point! Like everyone else I was charged the same day I placed the order! I imagine they are still taking orders to this day even tho they are months and months behind!

Excessive shipping time

Ordered on 3/7, today is 6/16 and still nothing. If shipping takes this long, it should state so on the website instead of saying 20 days. This was supposed to be a gift for a 4/26 birthday. So disappointing.

Buyer beware

Ordered March 7th....called 3 wks ago, said I'd have it in 2 wks. Called today, June 16th...said they will be boxing my order maybe tomorrow..but shipping label was made. Don't fall for shipping label line....until USPS actually gets the box...the label means Nothing! Now, they say a couple werks.....

No product 3 months later and no phone response

Not only do I not have honey that I ordered 3 months ago, I just tried to call them and can't reach a person. The bill hit my credit card last month and I was looking for an update. Emails say to call but all you get is a recording to call during business hours, which is was when I called, AND you can not leave a message.

I had just posted a review today about not receiving my order that I placed on March 7th. I had been patiently waiting and was a bit upset at the wait even though I understood the circumstances. Thankfully I just received an email that it was shipped out today.

I placed my first order on March 8, then another order for a sample pack on April 7. I have had lots of emails confirming that my order, though delayed, would be shipped soon. Every time I call I get a very pleasant person, who assures me my order will be shipped "in a couple of weeks". It is now June 11 (3 months after the first order) and still no tracking number. After reading all these reviews, my question is - HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY RECEIVED ANY HONEY?

We appreciate that you called for updates, and it sounds like our team did exactly what we encouraged customers to do during this period—call for real-time information. The estimates provided were based on your order's production status at the time. Unfortunately, production schedules continued to shift as we worked through the backlog.

We also consistently communicated updates through our website, Facebook page, shipping information page, order confirmation emails, and weekly production update emails. We understand that none of those updates make waiting any less frustrating, but they were intended to keep customers informed rather than leave them guessing.

Unlike warehouse-style fulfillment companies, many of our infused honeys are handcrafted in small batches and require proper infusion time before bottling. That process was outlined in multiple places, including the order confirmation email, Terms & Conditions, Shipping Information page, website notices, and checkout process.

Scam

Scam. Save your money.

The process goes like this: They take your payment, ignore your calls, delete your comments, send lengthy excuse-filled emails, and then expect sympathy when customers start asking questions.

As for the product?

It's not real, honey.

Added after they finally replied:

I emailed, called, and messaged them on Facebook politely asking when my order would ship. Nothing. No response whatsoever.

Then I left a review and suddenly they appeared. Amazing how that works.

The reply was obviously AI-generated, but at least someone (or something) finally acknowledged my existence.

I still stand by my comment. It's not even real, honey. You took my money and never shipped the product, so there's really no way to prove otherwise.

Based on the number of similar reviews, it seems responding to complaints is happening more often than fulfilling orders.

We respectfully disagree with every major claim made in this review.

First, Huckle Bee Farms is not a scam. A scam business does not spend months producing orders, communicating production updates, answering customer phone calls, issuing refunds when requested, and continuing to serve thousands of customers.

Second, we did not ignore customers. During an unprecedented backlog period, we sent weekly production updates, posted notices on our website, updated customers through Facebook, and repeatedly encouraged customers to call us directly for real-time assistance. While email response times were slower than normal due to volume, communication was never nonexistent.

Third, we do not delete comments simply because customers are unhappy. Negative comments remained visible across multiple platforms throughout this period, as anyone reading reviews today can clearly see.

As for the suggestion that our emails were "excuses," the facts remain the facts. We experienced an extraordinary surge in demand while simultaneously navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife's chemotherapy treatments. Being transparent about those circumstances was not an attempt to gain sympathy—it was an effort to explain what was affecting production.

Finally, the claim that our product is "not real honey" is simply false.

Our honey is real honey. We are beekeepers. We source real honey and create handcrafted infused honey products using real ingredients. Whether someone enjoys a particular flavor is a matter of personal preference, but suggesting the product is not honey is factually incorrect.

Customers are certainly entitled to be frustrated by delays. Many were. However, frustration with shipping timelines does not change the facts about our products or our business.

I ordered on 3/4/26 here it is 6/10/26 still NO honey. Very disappointed. Yet I get emails about how am I enjoying the honey. Called today 9:45 said it was closed call back between 9am 5pm. Wished I would’ve read the reviews before I ordered. Never again will I order from Huckle Bee Farms.

Thoroughly dissatisfied with this company. Still haven’t received my order. I spoke with Jim the last week of a May and he assured me that my honey was the next shipment to go out on June 1st. I would definitely receive it by the end of the work week. Yet another lie. It’s been 3 months now.. unacceptable!!!

I ordered over $50 worth of honey on…

I ordered over $50 worth of honey on March 7 of this year. Received several emails on why the product is delayed, to many orders, health issues etc. I finally called May 26 and was told it would ship the following week and to look out for the tracking information, of course no email no text, called again on June 2, same story, we are behind, your order will ship next week, look for tracking information. I told the gentleman that I received the same story last week and he said, there is only 3 of us, we’re trying our best, look for the email next week. I really should have told him if you’re so behind in orders that are 3 months old, you should not be taking orders until you are caught up. So I will wait this week and if nothing, I will request a refund. So extremely disappointed in this company. Tbh I feel more for the bees than the people that work there.

Placed my order on March 14

Placed my order on March 14. It is now June 6 and I have not received anything. On my last correspondence with them they told me it was going to be shipped out by May 20. I contacted them again this week and told them if it has not been shipped out as promised, I want a refund. I have not received a response yet. If I do not get a response, I will be disputing this with my bank. Just horrible customer service! Will they tell you in their responses they understand our frustration, but they’re not doing anything to fix it!

Do not let the slick marketing fool…0 stars

Do not let the slick marketing fool you. Like many others, I fell for this company after seeing their polished, sponsored ads all over Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The website looks amazing, navigation is easy, pricing seems fair, and checkout is a breeze. Unfortunately, that is exactly where the positive experience ends. Once they have your money, you are completely on your own. My order has been stuck in the "unfulfilled" and "infusing" stage since March 10. Over the last three months, I received a couple of sketchy-sounding automated emails blaming the delays on high order volumes and a cancer diagnosis. While I sympathize with personal hardships, the company’s website is still actively accepting new orders, and their paid social media ads are still running heavily. They are clearly prioritizing taking in new money over fulfilling existing orders. To make matters worse, customer service is non-existent: By Email: Completely ignored. No responses to multiple inquiries. By Phone: I called their listed number during their stated business hours. It did not even ring. It went straight to a prerecorded message stating they were closed, listed the exact hours I was currently calling within, and gave no option to leave a voicemail. This business has hit a volume they cannot handle, or they are running a deliberate cash-grab. I am currently filing a chargeback with my bank to get my money refunded. Save yourself the headache, time, and money. BUYER BEWARE!

We also respectfully disagree with the suggestion that we prioritized new orders over existing customers. Continuing to advertise and accept orders does not stop current production. In fact, ongoing sales are what allow small businesses to purchase materials, pay employees, expand capacity, and continue fulfilling existing orders. During this same period, we were actively investing in additional production capabilities specifically to address the backlog.

Regarding communication, we repeatedly encouraged customers to call us directly because phone support was often the fastest and most reliable way to receive assistance. We answered thousands of customer calls during this period. If you experienced difficulty reaching us on a particular day, we certainly regret that. However, that does not mean customer service was nonexistent.

Orders remained in "Infusing" status because our products are handcrafted in small batches and require time for proper infusion before bottling. Unlike warehouse-style honey companies, we do not simply pull most products from inventory shelves and place them in a box.

Most importantly, there is a significant difference between a company that is overwhelmed and behind schedule and a company intentionally deceiving customers. We continued producing, shipping, communicating, and supporting customers throughout this challenging period.

While we understand your disappointment with the timeline, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our business and the implication that customers were intentionally misled.

However, we do want to clarify a few important points.

First, Huckle Bee Farms does not intentionally charge customers twice for the same order. If there was an additional charge, it was most likely related to a separate order, subscription, payment authorization, or another issue that would need to be reviewed. We would have been happy to investigate and correct any billing error.

We also want to clarify that Shopify merchants do not have the ability to simply wait and charge customers upon fulfillment. The Shopify platform processes payment authorization and capture at the time of purchase unless specific payment arrangements are used. This is standard practice across much of e-commerce, particularly for made-to-order and custom products.

Regarding the delay itself, over the past few months we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than anticipated while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife’s chemotherapy treatments. During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion and bottling process.

Unlike warehouse-style fulfillment companies, many of our infused honeys are handcrafted in small batches and require proper infusion time before bottling. While this created longer fulfillment times than anyone would have preferred, maintaining the quality, flavor, and freshness of the honey remained our highest priority.

We also consistently communicated updates regarding production timelines and delays through our website, Facebook page, and weekly production emails. Due to the unusually high volume of emails received during this period, responses were sometimes delayed, which is why we repeatedly encouraged customers to call us directly for the fastest assistance and order updates.

While we understand your disappointment, we respectfully disagree with the implication that customers were intentionally misled. Orders continued moving through production, updates were provided regularly, and any customer requesting a refund was accommodated.

We understand this experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given.

I really hate to write this

I really hate to write this. I placed an order in March 2026. I received a confirmation email. However, April passed, and I received an email stating they were behind. Ok, I appreciated that, and the wife had met with an illness. Now it is June. I received an email towards the end of May stating my order had been shipped. I received a tracking number for USPS. I waited a week and checked; the item had not been picked up. I sent an email no response from Huckle Bee. I tried calling and received a message stating they were closed. They are Eastern time, so they would be ahead of Central. I called at 9:30 Central time. I received another message stating they were closed. I will send a message on their website. Hopefully, I will get a response

We do want to clarify that the tracking number you received indicates that your order completed production and entered the shipping process. During this unusually busy period, there were occasions when labels were created before carriers physically scanned or picked up packages, which unfortunately caused confusion and frustration for customers monitoring tracking updates.

We also consistently communicated updates regarding production timelines and delays through our website, Facebook page, and weekly production emails so customers could follow the status of production as conditions changed.

Regarding communication, due to the extremely high volume of emails received during this period, email responses were sometimes delayed. That is exactly why we repeatedly encouraged customers to call us directly, as phone support has consistently been the fastest and most reliable way to receive assistance and order updates.

As for the phone call, our business hours are posted in Eastern Time, and there are times when we may be assisting other customers, away from the desk, or handling production-related responsibilities. While we strive to answer every call, we are a small family business and are not always able to answer immediately.

While we understand your disappointment with the timeline, we respectfully disagree with the implication that communication was unavailable. We continued providing updates through multiple channels and remained committed to fulfilling orders throughout this challenging period.

I ordered on March 9th - NOTHING!

I ordered on March 9th. It has been almost 3 months and NOTHING! My status says “Infusing” and has been infusing since March 11th. I have emailed, posted on Facebook, and NOTHING! I ordered because it was a small business and veteran owned, which is very important to me. I don’t know that I will ever get my honey. So disappointed!

They charged me immediately for their product on March 4th this year. After 6 weeks I tried contacting them, got no reply, so I posted that I thought they were a scam and posted a notice from this site about their trust score. They contacted me via messenger that I should verify my data before publicly posting negative information. It is now June 1, and I've received nothing. I want my $97. backLLLL
