I wanted to purchase a jacket that I wanted but was unable to register in the company's website. I got into a tech "loop" which prevented me from making the order (possibly because the system flagged my ISP as being located outside CONUS. Called customer service who answered immediately. Was told that the inquiry had to be escalated to other personnel dealing with technical isses. Issue was escalated and resolved quite expeditiously. Call made in the morning; issue resolved and was able to place order in the afternoon. That's what I call old fashioned good customer service where you talk with humans who resolve problems and not bots which tell you to dial #2. Hope businesses like this do not become a thing of the past, I intend to support it.

I had a great experience with Huckberry. I initially thought the jacket I ordered might be too large, and their support team was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the process. In the end, the jacket arrived and it fit great — excellent quality, well made, and exactly what I was hoping for. It’s refreshing to find a company that combines great products with genuinely helpful customer service. Highly recommended.

I am NZ based and was flying to the US for my wedding celebration pool party weekend (lots of people and professional photography). I needed swim shorts for myself and my brother asap, so I had them delivered to the US address we were going to be staying. Unfortunately I entered the the street number in wrong so the package couldn’t be delivered. I contacted Huckberry support (on an weekend) and Jhon performed miracles and sent out a new order of the swim shorts on priority shipping. The timeframe was tight but the new order arrived the day before I needed them, all at not extra charge. I have nothing but praise for Huckberry’s customer service and products. The swim shorts I ordered were the Proof brand, which I understand to be there in-house brand. These fit and look great both on myself and my brother who wore the XXL size. The liner enhances comfort and came in essential for modesty when poolside with 150 sets of eyeballs on me. They easily blend in as normal shorts in casual and smart situations. These dry quick! I can’t wait to wear them on hikes and on more vigorous adventures.

The quality and the customer service. When I first put hands on the gear I ordered it immediately became my go-to stables because of how well made the clothes are. I go from the yard, to the office, to the garage and workshop. My gear needs to keep up. And when I unexpectedly had an issue, the costumer service team expedited me a replacement! 10/10 recommend.

Exceptional customer service with a personal touch! My first order was shipped incredibly quickly which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. There was a slight mix up with the order but the customer service immediately reached out with a sincere response that felt personalized and it wasn't a canned statement. In that same response they proactively corrected the order and shipped the replacement item out lighting fast. With there being so many online retail options, Huckberry stands out from them all for me with the level of service that is on par with a massive retailer and customer support that is still human, sincere and personalized.

I have been waiting for my exchange or refund for my boots I returned. They received the item 1 April 26. No response until I email them. I get a generic message your refund is in the works. May 14 still nothing.

Huckberry has a great line-up of products. Good diversity of things, good quality, and decent pricing for that quality. Customer Service has also been very good!

A good product is useless without good people to back it up. This is where Huckberry distinguishes itself from other high-quality online retailers. The people are fantastic and a joy to deal with. My order went astray (no fault of Hackberry), and Hackberry's customer support went to great lengths to fulfill the order quickly. They checked back with me several times and ended up using overnight shipping for the replacement. This is truly great service. (And the product itself, a pair of Rancourt Chukka Boots, is superb.)

Purchased several items over a few years and always love the quality of the merchandise. If anything is wrong they are quick make right. Just recently I purchased a pair of jeans, they arrived very quickly but the size was not right for me. Tried the return/exchange online but had trouble completing. Contacted them directly the next morning and within minutes support had fixed the problem. Great!
