Shocking service, Deana has been abhorrent from day 1, incorrect information , incorrect payments dates,, waited a month now for a payment which should have taken 10 days , numerous phone calls , and still not sorted out disgusting, do not use this company

Our advisor Ashley Quate came to our home and we were very impressed with the way he explained everything to us. Not only was he very knowledgeable he was very respectful to our needs and talked us through the process. He laid out the pros and cons and gave us extra information which may have been helpful if we decided it wasn't for us. He was not at all pushy to get our business but was very in tune with our circumstances regarding my mother's advancing age and we felt that he was extremely sympathetic to our needs.
