The staff at Dee Why Pharmacy were really helpful as I misprinted my label at the local library & needed a new one. They even gave me some packing tape to stick it on. This was above & beyond the service & really appreciated.

If I could rate you a zero I would. Very very poor service. I have been waiting for so long for this delivery and no notification was given. I have been home and I heard no door bell. Now when I go to have a look it's been sitting there waiting for a collection point. I have not received any notification at all. Very Very poor. I'm surprised you are not out of business. I will not be ordering anything online from Myer anymore since they use you as a courier service.

Hopeless service, been waiting for 5 days for parcel pickup location. No phone number, only virtual chat option offered.

I just want to know where my collection point is!! The courier didn't even knock on my door, left a card with no details on it and I was home.

This is review for 65 Anthony rolfe Gungahlin hubbed services by Bright Drycleaners. The worst customer service I receive three times in a row. The owner staffed at the return point is very rude and rather than providing a good customer service, he dictates customers for each step very rudely like you can’t keep all the packets at the counter top until he is finished scanning which also you have to recite return id for hime and he will type in the system. Even he has big counter and its all empty but you are not allowed to keep other parcels which you want to return at the same day. When he is done entering in the system, he will ask customers to drop it whereever he wants and that very rudely with no polite words. He is racist with asian communities but nicer with Aussies.
When I provided his review on the website then he again commented very rudely that I shouldn’t review there. Worst customer service by this rude mannerless man.

as a first time online purchaser needing to return items Zi found it Efficient and straightforward with good information supplied at each step.. Thankyou for the work that has gone into the system to make it so.

from 21.03 to now 26.03 the package is being "processed for collection". Where is the collection point?
When can it be collected?
it should have been left in our lobby as multiple other Amazon deliveries.

Great service so quick and easy! Lady that served me was wonderful.

Omg that was soooooooo easy. Got off the metro, had my label printed and the lovely guy scanned and even taped everything for me..I was in and out in less than 30 secs.

Absolutely simple drop off procedure. Now await delivery confirmation.

Very slow delivery after arrives in Perth.
Obviously no staff work weekends as no movement on weekends. But after arrival in Perth over one week still not delivered for click and collect
It’s been 2 days it’s said out for delivery. And still not delivered.
Not impressed.

As I live in Gawler East having a close drop of point was very convenient the person behind the counter was very helpful

The young man who served me was very polite and provided assistance with a big smile. I'd go back there any time if I needed to return a parcel!

Pathetic company! Lost my parcel and now they can’t track it, avoid them completely!

Took three tries and a 20 minute 1300 phone call to get someone to accept the package, despite following the instructions. Sloppy company, use auspost or reputable courier if you have to option.

DON'T deliver to Collection point 1.6Km from my unit door, and expect me to limp there to do your job!

Instead deliver (as Authority to Leave states) beside my front door and ring the bell....other courier companies do so WHY can't you?!?

I did not receive any notification that the parcel was sent to a pick up point, nor did I receive a pin. I hope my parcel is still there as it is weeks late!

No one can tell me where my parcel is! The tracking for my parcel hasn't been updated. I've emailed hubbed. They have told me its been delivered - but I don't have the parcel. I have asked Hubbed where it was sent to - Hubbed have gone silent and not responded.
