TOOK EQUIPMENT TO STORE. EXPERIENCED ALL SORTS OF TROUBLE TRYING TO OBTAIN CUSTOMER ID AND THE LIKE. THE LADY SERVING ME SPENT SOME 10 OR SO MINUTES GETTING ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION. I CANNOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF THE ASSISTANCE SHE GAVE ME. WELL DONE!!!

Impossible to get a hold of these clowns. Nor do they care to deliver the item to right place

The biggest problem I had, and a lot of elderly people have, is access to a printer, that made it very difficult for me. Service at newsagency Caboolture was very helpful

I had asked for the proper pick up address plenty of times but not a proper response got from your side. I also have searched the related news agency on google but did not find it. Please mention the pick up address properly for help. Thank you

Terrible parcel drop-off experience. Initially refused to accept my parcel without a printed label, forcing me to go home and print it. When I returned the next day with the required printout, the staff member refused to provide confirmation that he had accepted the parcel. Upon politely requesting confirmation, he pushed the parcel back and rudely suggested I take it elsewhere if I didn’t trust him. Extremely unprofessional.

The parcel point in Campbell newsagent Marion S.A is good. Employees are friendly and courteous.

I dropped off an item to the Kennards Brookvale location to be returned to the retailer, and after a week, the item is still waiting for collection. Considering this is a parcel being sent back for a refund, it doesn’t look like I’ll get my money back for a good month or so.

I do not understand AI speak. It has taken me 3 days and multiple attempts to get a pin sent to my phone.
Very stressful. And I have not much adrenalin to spare.
However, I have a certain amount of satisfaction by finally getting the PIN. The BOT never allows for common sense inquiries. A real person on the phone would be able to save me 3 days of distress.

so confusing. No info left in letterbox. no one answering the phone from the number in email sent to me asking to call that number. Now sending me pins to use to collect my item yet still no idea where to collect from

A collection point for my parcel was not given but a PIN number was sent! Where am I supposed to collect my parcel?

Really hopeless, it’s been more than 3 months lost my parcel after handed over to this parcel point, and still no any update or investigation on it, really disappointed and poor customer service.

No waiting to drop off pleasure to drop off there.

The Australia Post recipient of this PArcel Post point was hopeless and rude. HAd no idea that Parcelpoint was even a thing, made me buy a box, pay for tape, print out my own label, all the things that every other PArcel Point I've ever used didn't. Won't be using them again!

The parcel point l dropped my box scanned it and that was that. Total time in shop 30 seconds. The lady was happy and efficient. Great job 👏 👍

Sent my package 15mins from house I'm in a built up area where local post would deliver even 100k away.
