HSL Chairs - Hull Anmeldelser

We were looked after from the moment we walked through the door. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful

Lucy was professional, knowledgable and so pleasant. Nothing was to much trouble for her during the sales transaction. She offered the best shopping experience
I have ever encountered. Lucy delivered a standard of service which should be a "bench mark" for other retailers to try and follow.

Time spent with staff with no pressure staff knowledgeable and very helpfull without feeling being rushed

Having bought a chair from you before I know what to expect, good quality teamed with helpful staff to advise on size and fit of another chair, also help with choosing fabric and colour.
Very satisfied.

We visited the clough road Hull branch and the service we received was great, we explained what we were looking for and Lynne pointed us in the right direction and explained all our options, than left us to browse then when we ready made purchasing the items we picked a pleasure the other lady assistant was also friendly and made us a drink which we appreciated. Certainly cannot recommend them enough . Thank you Ladies.

Lynne was lovely and told us everything about the reclining chair we needed to know. which we purchased .
Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell .
Received within 3-5 working days which was great. Would definitely recommend.

I visited HSL Hull yesterday and today and met assistants Lucy, Yvonne, Lynne and Jade they were all very helpful and assisted me to make my purchase at a competitive price. Thank you

Ordered by phone as previous customer. Pleased they could supply the same fabric after several years, to match previous order.

The two ladies, Lucy and Yvonne, I dealt with were brilliant. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Explained all the various options available. Not to mention the excellent coffee and biscuits ! I mean how often do you spend lots of money and still walk away feeling very happy and with a smile on your face.

Craig and Danny made a delivery today, and explained the controls, they we're very good.

A very pleasant experience purchasing the chair

We tried every furniture shop in the area to no avail, before someone recommended HSL. We are so happy they did! The staff in the showroom are very friendly & welcoming. But not too pushy! Our whole experience was a positive one. Craig & Danny delivered our sofa & chairs today, well within the specified delivery date of 6-8 weeks from us ordering the furniture. They were polite, friendly and very efficient. We will be recommending this company to all our friends.

Fantastic service in the Clough Road shop
Delivery men Craig and Danny very well presented and very polite, couldn't ask for more from these guys.
Full all round great experience
Thank you

The staff were very helpful, and made sure that I tried all of the chairs in the store until I was satisfied that the chair was exactly what I required. They couldn't have been more helpful. I received the chair the following day. Again thank you to the whole team.

Cheerful, efficient and tidy installation.Thankyou Carl and Lee. When carpeting delays meant postponing installation this was well handled. Martin and Kate

Very happy with all stages of the process. The ladies in the show room took so much time to ensure we bought the right chair and we were kept updated right up to ten minute before the delivery. The delivery men were equally understanding and helpful.
