Skrevet av virksomheten
HSL is an award-winning family furniture business with stores nationwide. We’ve been handcrafting and delivering beautiful furniture to provide true comfort for over 50 years. Making people comfortable is part of our DNA and that is why we do it.
We have spent over half a century making it our mission to understand the different sizes, shapes and needs of our customers. We have learnt how people sit, rest and sleep; how their bodies bend and move; and where and why they ache. We call this knowledge CleverComfort™, and it goes into the design and manufacture of every chair, sofa and bed we make – ensuring that our furniture fits the bodies of our customers perfectly.

Made in Yorkshire
Whilst our roots still remain in Yorkshire, we have welcoming showrooms nationwide spanning the entire country and a national network of Home Visit Comfort Specialists performing consultations in our customers’ own homes.

As we’ve grown, one thing that has never changed is the passion for comfort and furniture being at the heart of our business. We’re still family-run, we continue to hold traditional values in our hearts, and we have always been dedicated to providing a caring service and excellent value for money for all of our customers.

Your staff member Lucy
Your staff member, Lucy, met me at the door and was very helpful and welcoming. This was a repeat visit to buy a footstool and cushions. Lucy served me last time, when I had bought a 3 piece suite, and she was as good as last time. I am delighted with my 3 piece suite. It is the best I have ever bought

From the minute we entered the car park we were met at the door and welcomed into the Hull Store. The staff were professional, approachable, knowledgeable and extremely friendly and welcoming. Yvonne, karen and Lynne are all excellent ambassadors for HSL. We came away with the chair we wanted after being given lots of easy to understand information. Absolutely recommend this store.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. High quality furniture.
I visited the Hull HSL showroom today in search of a comfortable chair. Me and my dad were greeted at the door and made to feel welcome by all three members of staff. As a wheelchair user I had to try several different models and sizes of chair and nothing was too much trouble. I have purchased a very comfortable recliner and look forward to using this chair. I was advised on the health benefits of this chair and think it will be just the job! Also had a lovely cuppa.

Excellent experience
From the moment we walked into the shop Karen made us feel very welcome and at ease, even providing tea and biscuits! She listened carefully to what we were looking for and took a lot of time to explore the options. Her patience and friendliness were really excellent and we left very happy with our purchases. We look forward to see the furniture in situ.

First class experience from start to finish!
They did what they said they would! I got a call 30minutes before they arrived to tell me they were en route.
Ian & Paul arrived and helped move my old sofa around to make room for my comfortable new chair. They then assembled my chair in situ with no fuss. It was a smooth & swift process. Ian & Paul were friendly ,polite ensuring I fully understood how to operate my chair with a demonstration and answered my questions in full. Thank you so much to Ian & Paul for making so easy & their colleague who rang me to arrange the appointment! And another big thank you to the female assistant at HSL,Clough Rd, Hull who gave me a first class experience in deciding on my choice. HSL - I'm sure you're proud of your staff. No pressure, just gave info & advice having listened to my needs.
