Half the price of other online retailers, easy payment process, nicely packaged and arrived the next day. Can't complain at all, would use again.

Called in on Saturday to buy another watch to be used as a nice daily beater. I had seen what I thought was suitable on H S Johnson’s web site but was a little uncertain about the watch. The sales assistant asked me about what I was looking for from my watch and showed me a couple of newer brands.
I settled on a UK brand and must say I am delighted with my purchase and equally impressed with the help and knowledge of the sales staff.

Ordered from them several times before and so far i never had bad experience. I'm watch collector so from time i buy watches. Good prices and excellent customer service every time a on the top of that im placing orders from abroad. Well done people.

Very corrupt company, messed up delivery of my order when emailed about it ... i was asked if this could have been a prank played on me by someone.

I was then told the police would have to question me about this and forensics performed on the parcel, all of which i found was untrue when i called the police myself on 101 and had a chat with them.

when this was told to the company owner he still would not see reason and claimed when he said forensics he did not say the police would do it i was just assuming he meant the police.

Refused to call the police himself about it also .... i am not being made to wait until a Royal Mail investigation is completed which he will not tell me the time scale for.

So in short ... if anything goes wrong with your order you may find you are treated unprofessionally, be mistrusted and lied to by the owner and have it all brushed under the carpet.

Had used them before and they were great. Used them this time to buy another mid-range (£200-£300) G-Shock. Unfortunately there was an error in the listing (it happens, we're all human) so I ended up not wanting the watch, as it didn't have all the features I thought it had. They were very gracious and resolved the issue immediately, and to my complete satisfaction.

The bottom line is, mistakes can and do happen. But it's how the company works to remedy those mistakes that tell you everything about their ethos and respect levels for their customers.

HS Johnson were and are superb. I will gladly continue to give them my money for future watch purchases (their prices are amazing) and have no hesitation in recommending them to others!

Second bulova watch just delivered from this shop. Fantastic value compared to other jewellers. Delivered on the day stated, excellent communication from them. Beautiful timepiece for my husband. Can’t fault H.S. Johnson, would certainly recommend.

Five stars....even though the watch didn't arrive on time? Yes, because the fault was entirely down to Royal Mail sending the watch on a UK trip, via Heathrow Wordwide Distribution Centre. When notified, Steve Mason (the owner of the business) acted quickly, sending a second watch to me with a further discount. Communications were at all times friendly, quick and helpful. Brilliant customer service all round and highly recommended.

I bought a watch from these guys as they were selling them at a really decent price.

I couldn't find any reviews so I had no idea if they were legit or not... I took the risk and it paid off!

The watch was delivered the very next day with out a single hitch! I was very impressed and I am very pleased with my purchase!

I would definitely recommend these guys and I will definitely use them again!
