I have just completed my CIPD Level 5 and I am currently awaiting my certificate. I must say, my experience with HRC Online has been excellent.

I am really glad I chose them while searching for a learning provider, as I did thorough research before making my decision. From submitting my first module to the final one, Andrea was incredibly supportive, always available to answer questions and provide detailed, helpful feedback. Rebekah was also very efficient in marking submissions and returning feedback promptly.

I have seen some comments online about delays in receiving results or difficulty accessing learner support in other centres , but my experience with HRC was completely different. The support was consistent, responsive, and reliable throughout.

The bite-sized videos were clear, straightforward, and made the learning process much easier to follow.

Overall, I am very happy with my experience working with the HRC team, and I would definitely choose them again.

I highly recommend HRC online for anyone hoping to do a certification in CIPD or other professional courses they might offer. The team here are very professional, helpful and highly knowledgeable. My favourite part of my learning was the Bitesize video it really did help me understand how to answer the questions, James did a thing there…thanks guy

I recently completed my CIPD Level 5 in People Management, a qualification I had hoped to undertake for several years. After being made redundant in October 2025, I decided it was the perfect time to invest in my development. Having researched a number of online learning providers, I am genuinely delighted that I chose HRC Online’s express course.

The programme provided exactly what I needed during this period, structure, focus and high‑quality support. The learning platform is intuitive, easy to navigate and packed with clear, informative content that made studying both manageable and engaging.

I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Andrea for her exceptional support over the past few months. Her responses were consistently quick, detailed and incredibly helpful. I contacted her frequently, and her guidance made a significant difference to my ability to complete the qualification within such a short timeframe.

For anyone considering studying with HRC Online, I can confidently say that the experience has been extremely positive. The combination of excellent course materials, responsive support and a well‑designed learning portal made the journey both achievable and enjoyable. I’m very glad I chose them and would highly recommend their courses.

I'm currently studying with HRC Online and it's been great so far. Andrea is my tutor and she's fantastic, very supportive and good at understanding what each of her learners needs. The ability to learn at your own pace is great but certainly not for everyone. The bitesize videos help massively with comprehending each unit and question. Would 100% recommend

HRC supported me fully in completing my Level 3 CIPD. I managed to complete the course in 3 months and that was only possible due the user-friendly interface, supportive staff and helpful bitesize videos. I would recommend to anyone wanting to become CIPD qualified.

My experience with HRC was amazing from start to finish. Everything I needed to pass was already in the content and the steps were very easy to follow. Thank you HRC, especially Rebekah who was my tutor and always on hand if I hit a brick wall.

Today I have got a confirmation email from CIPD saying that I passed my Level 5 course in People Management. Overall it took me around 6/7 months to complete it.

I was trying to challenge myself to completing 1 module a month, whilst working full-time. It wasn't easy - but the tutors were supportive.
One thing that I really liked about this learning provider is that you can study at your own pace. If I went with almost any other learning provider, this course would of probably have taken me about a year to finish. I would of had to wait for the rest of the class to finish their modules before moving on to the next.

I paid for the 2 year access just in case it took longer. So there was less stress in case I failed a module - I didn't need to rush to re-do it. Other learning providers sometimes charge for extended time taken to complete it.

The videos to the questions were self-explanatory, and were structured well to avoid you from learning unnecessary information. I only reached out to the tutor a handful of times.
However, if you do need help, you can book time slots to speak to a tutor or message them for help.

The marking by HRC assessors was very accurate. If they say you passed, you've passed.
I've seen some people complain on Facebook groups about other learning providers giving false final marks, but HRC online marked all my work well, with good feedback, which was finally approved by CIPD! :)

I'm currently 4 months into my Level 3 qualification and highly recommend HRC.

I started the CIPD level 3 in April and have just received a pass for my final unit! The support and materials provided have been excellent, from the mentor support sessions with Andrea, the bitesize videos and the in depth feedback you receive is really informative and helpful. I could not recommend HRC enough and I will definitely be using them when i complete the Level 5 course.

The price plans have lots of different flexible options, study videos on most modules are useful and the website is easy to use.

I am glad that I study with HRC company. The course that I am taking is People Management Level 5 online.
I like the depth of the course, the study materials, and the high-quality feedback I receive quickly. There are clear evaluation criteria that provide guidelines in the learning process. If you are looking for a quality course that you can take at your own pace, I recommend you study at HRC.
