Decent Course but Support is Slow
I enrolled in a course on Reed.co.uk hoping for a smooth and structured learning experience, but my overall experience was somewhat inconsistent. While the course content itself was decent and covered the basics, it often felt too generic and lacked depth in certain areas. Some modules seemed outdated, which made it harder to fully trust the relevance of the material.
One of the main issues I faced was with the communication. It wasn’t always clear who the actual course provider was, and this caused confusion when I needed support. Response times from the support team were slower than expected, and getting clear answers took longer than it should have.

REED has a Course that is NOT AS…
REED has a Course that is NOT AS DESCRIBED - content IS for an SEN HEAD/TEACHER as described, however the CERTIFICATE is for a lower Teaching status of ‘Teaching ASSISTANT’! APEX LEARNING refuse to contact QLS to adjust this error & REED haven’t offered to correct this either! HOAX! Don’t waste your Time & Money! 2/3 of the Modules are INCOHERENT Out-Dated VIDEOS taught by Alex Liau - No Written Materials & Captions don’t match his VERY POOR ENGLISH Grammar & Accent. I’m surprised the Intellectually Disabled Students understand him at all!

Paid A Final Settlement, Charged Again..
I paid a final settlement for contract termination. A final settlement of an outstanding balacne should mean no further payments right? Well fast forward a few weeks down the line I receive a further invoice to my suprise with no detail in the email as to what the payment is for.
I thought I settled the balance? Why is the email lackluster of detail and doesn't explain to me what this charge is for? I will be calling on Monday and will not be bullied into paying so quick.

This is not a job platform but a course platform now. They started to advertise Training courses. Even, with the Job Type filter set to "Permanent", you get Course cost: £2,795. Examples: "IT Security Trainee", "Trainee Cyber Security"

Not received course
Purchased the course on 6th March, still not received on 6th April. Inundated with junk emails from reed after purchasing the course (which wasn't cheap!)
