Bought this battery to replace the one that died in my HP Spectre. It was sent very quickly, and arrived in very durable packaging. My Spectre is now up and running again with no problems.

Unfortunately, despite me double checking the part number and checking again before finalising my order..... you sent the wrong one!

Very happy with website and being able to choose the correct battery for the (very many models) HP laptop that I have. Response and delivery time was excellent for current difficult delivery times etc, price is good and battery is fitted and working fine at this point. I await to see its longer term performance and longevity, but at this price point I think it will represent good buyer value.

The only annoying thing is the HP Bios detecting a non-HP battery every bootup, not your issue.
