Responsive and friendly!

I requested a viewing of a flat and was promptly contacted and my viewing confirmed by Kismet. I called to amend my availability and this was processed quickly. Thanks!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience ! They managed our flat in london when they took over Happy Tenant company and we had the most unpleasant experience with Howsy . We had such a lovely experience with Happy tenant company and all changed when Howsy took over . Poor communication on all front . Cannot get through anyone . One needs to email repeatedly and still response appalling. To get hold off anyone was banging head against a brick wall . If there was zero star i would have given them that . From sorting repair to claiming DPS money Howsy was found wanting on all fronts . We paid the money management fees upfront for the year but contract with tenant finished half way and Howsy never offered to pay refund . We are still waiting for money from DPS despite tenant leaving 5 months ago . We were promised the money will come into our account in few days and its already 3 weeks . You have to chase everything . Extremely unprofessional company . Will advise not to go with them .

Charged for rent after moving out

My experience with Howsy has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I was charged for new month rent after I moved out from the property and the checkout was completed. I called their help centre 12 times, spoken to 3 agents, and 2 of which advised me that my account manager will get back to me after they finish their meeting. It then turned that the account manager was not at work that day at all. I was then advised that I need wait 2 days so they are able to see the funds at their end before they can process the refund. The 2 days passed yesterday and I have not received any update or response to my emails. They caused me distress and put me in a very difficult position where I was unable to secure me next accommodation. I rented the property for 4 years and there were number of situations where I failed to get a response from them in a timely manner. The call centre agents hand off queries to account managers who do not take any action to resolve them. I would never rent through them again or recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience ever stay away completely!

Worst experience ever. I have called at least 10 times a day for a week now trying to get repairs and cleaning done for the property i'm renting and i've been giving no actual help. The account manager Dan is ignoring my messages and calls and I keep being told someone will call me back but no one ever does. This has caused me so much stress and I wish I had gone with another tenancy agency.

Absolutely ATROCIOUS - Stay AWAY

Absolutely atrocious. Stay away. Took months to fix issues that were pointed out the day I moved in, and again later on after an inspection (6 months ago and still none of the repairs were made). Relayed the wrong offer info to landlord causing me to have to accept a lesser deal. Awful customer service and communication. Wrote to CEO with constructive criticism, none of which was heard. STAY AWAY

Contractually non-compliance notice to quit

I have been trying since 22 March to get Howsy to issue notice to quit, now that they've done so it's not contractually compliant, 3 months instead of 4 as provided for by the contract. Useless doesn't get near to describing Howsy's constant lack of communication, miss communication and inaction.

Super

Booking a viewing with Howsy was incredibly easy! Though it did take a few days for my initial inquiry to be responded to, Anne was quickly responsive and super helpful.
