Just bought a car from howards Peugeot marcos was my sales rep he was very knowledgeable about the car i wanted very helpful and not pushey. He took a video of the car and all it's functions which was very helpful highly recommended

I’ve visited many car dealerships in my time but never have i experienced the supreme level of service like I have received today. So professional, their knowledge and helpfulness was second to none. Special mention to Stephen, Simon and Damon.

An excellent visit to Hyundai Taunton for our first service. We’d arranged to be there at 8 with our i20. Excellent experience all round, including lovely sitting area with drinks and biscuits on tap. This was followed up with a video of our service plus a phone call from Dan to check we were happy.

a very positive experience buying from this dealership. i am new to electric vehicles, but all the issues were explained very clearly by nick watts, who was extremely efficient and pleasant as well as knowledgeable and professional. highly recommended

I had my car pre-booked in for an MOT(which this was done with ease), on arrival I was greeted by a member of staff (Joe, I think), who was very friendly & polite. He asked if I was waiting or if I wanted to come back in about an hour? He told me once I’d come back to sit in the (comfy) waiting area & to help myself to a drink.
Once the MOT was complete a member of the workshop team, came through to me, Offering to show me the work completed, and explaining in depth the whole project.
I returned to the waiting area, 15mins later & my keys were brought to me, as I went outside I saw they had given my car a clean.
Very impressive experience, would highly recommend to friends and family.

Buying a nearly new used Hyundai from Howard’s Group, Taunton very easy process thanks to sales person Kieron Murphy. Very reassuring, knowledgeable, nothing too much trouble. No hard sell !

I like dealing with Howard’s Kia in Taunton. They are efficient, easy to deal with but without that over the top insincere approach you get with some car dealerships, I used to buy Mercedes but nowadays I much prefer to deal with Kia.

I have had my car delivered today by Kevin. He updated me regularly on his journey so that I had an accurate eta. Once he had arrived he unloaded the car quickly before talking me through all the controls on the new car. Would highly recommend.

Had my cars Mot and everything was superb, the Tyres were borderline pass so I was offered a surprisingly good price to get new ones fitted, which I did to save doing them later. All the staff at Howards Toyota were excellent and my car ca my e back to me nice and clean. Many thanks

The service I have received over the last two days from Howards Citreon has been outstanding. I contacted them about part-exchanging my car for another model. From the outset, Millie was helpful, efficient and caring. She took the time and trouble to help me find the right car. Nothing was too much trouble for Millie and everyone at Howards Citreon. Over the years I have always had good service from Howards. The service is exceptional and they deserve to do well.
