What an amazing company to deal with!

I received the Isabella sideboard and one leg was shorter than the other. The team at HouseCosy sent me a replacement leg the next day but this was also too short which meant the issue was a design flaw.

I was sent a replacement sideboard almost immediately and it is perfect.

Thanks so much for a wonderful shopping experience - I will definitely purchase from you again.

The customer service at Housecosy is fantastic, the items I ordered had to be shipped in from overseas, at all times there was a great level of communication.
good quality products too.

The delivery was later than expected but the product is great and design.
We are so happy! Thanks

The BEST!!
My first time ordering from them and very very impressed
Freight delivery…fast and in great condition
Quality of table was spot on !
Sturdy and gorgeous
I did apply boat varnish to it to seal all little cracks that food could get stuck in
Really a gorgeous feature for a fun kitchen

Beautiful table, matching coffee table is stunning too. Heavy pieces of well made furniture

Perfect. More that we have ever expected!
The flat was clean and everything was in perfect condition. The owner was very careful and helpful in any situation.
We were spoiled literally with beer and vine in the fridge, bread, tea, coffee, wash machine detergent and everything that you could think of was left in the flat.

Beautiful unit, as described. Fully assembled, well packaged. Delivery was friendly and convenient. Very sturdy well made item.

Great product, good style - hassle free. Would definitely recommend, and will be shopping online here again!

Very pleased with this item, did a great job of hiding those unsightly black boxes and cables.

Lovely product arrived on time very pleased with the quality. Shall be purchasing something again from this company soon !

Lovely rug, great colours perfect for my little girls room

Ordered the green 4 Malin dining chairs. Good quality chairs. Item was as described. Arrived quickly too. Brilliant service. Would buy from this company again.

I love their furniture and delivery on point!!

Very good quality, quick and delivery team was very helpful and polite, I'll order again !

Absolutely great customer service and a really well made product - would definitely recommend

My order was delivered on time and very well packaged. Unfortunately the item wasn’t quite what I’d expected but the returns process was simple to follow, so the repackaged furniture was subsequently picked up quickly and my payment was refunded with a fair and reasonable deduction to cover return costs. Based on this experience I would happily buy from housecosy again.

Initially slightly skeptical as i'd not heard of them before, but had a really good experience with Housecosy. Purchased a beautiful TV unit. Great communication and it was delivered within 2 weeks. The delivery team were also good and the item was very well packaged, and damage free. Well worth the money.

Ordering was very easy and the table arrived early, for which I was very glad. Moreover, the delivery men were extremely careful and courteous. Thus, all in all,it was a very positive experience.
