They were so kind on email and got me booked in quickly at a really good price where other companies tried to rip me off. They even helped me as a carer with the financial side which I was so grateful for. They rang a hour before they came. They were polite friendly and very helpful. Fantastic booking experience. Completed the enquiry form online and James called within 10 mins to discuss and quote. Arranged removal of Sofa and Armchair the very next day. James and his colleague called ahead to say they were going to early. They arrived and relieved us of our sofas within 10 mins, we're polite friendly and professional. I arranged for house clearance to remove two large leather settees, (House Clearance 4 U). They were excellent. I had to change my date for pick up several times as new sofas were not ready, Date confirmed and they were on time and removed items in a business like manner. Very polite and job well done.

They were very professional polite and we are pleased with there work. Can't fought them will definitely use them again.

The two guys turned up exactly on time and were very pleasant and great to deal with. They carried out the work promptly and efficiently, checking that everything was tidy after they had finished. They even phoned up their office to describe the furniture to check if it could be effectively recycled. Would recommend.

Excellent Service & Cost

I had contacted numerous companies in the Poole area requesting quotes for 4 rubble bags to be removed. Circumstances meant I needed them to be removed ASAP. Of all the companies that got back to me, James' service exceeded all. He was polite, friendly and professional over the phone with no pressure, he was prompt in contacting me back and his costings were the best by far. He was also able to provide the service way more promptly than others offered. Using local businesses always wins.

Great service and communication. Turned up on time and left the area spotless afterwards. Shifted a large amount of decking and joist material. Would 100% recommend and use again. Really nice helpful guys.
