From the first phone call I made, after receiving a recommendation for James, the process from quotation, to clearance was efficient and quick. It's not an easy process, but James turned up exactly when he said he would, was upfront and sensitive. We had a 1-bed flat to clear after a relative moved to a care home, which was very cluttered, and had lots of furniture items. James and his team worked so hard, to salvage, sort and clear, working within our schedule. I found them trust-worthy, reliable and extremely efficient - nothing was too much trouble and my family were very happy with the service. From the onset, James was very, very helpful on the phone when I booked, gave me price, date and time of the clearance, made sure I hd a pen and paper handy to write down all the details.
The day and time arrived for the clearance, James came and introduced himself to me.
