Excellent communication all round with James, good quote for work, and solicitors suddenly decided on a quick completion which James was good enough to accommodate, spoke to him Friday and cleared today.
Very personable and pleasant staff, and all cleared and hoovered ready to move into, as he had said.
Went early, let them in, left and James phoned when finished so we could check it over. It was fine, couldn’t fault anything about communications or work. Such a pleasant change these days to have someone with a pride in what they do. Cannot thank him enough, if you need this type of thing doing - look no further!

Very easy to arrange and no issues at all.
Much easier to sort than through the council - sorted in one phone call. They were on time and able to move the washing machine from the flat (the council ask it to be left outside which isn’t possible with only one pair of hands!). Lovely people who also had to deal with the pipe leaking what was left in it. They were great, I’d definitely recommend.

James and his team cleared our mums property, who we sadly lost, unexpectedly November 2024.

I was very impressed by this company. We needed a piano disposed of at short notice and the whole process of getting a quote and arranging a date and time with James was very efficient and professional. Their quote was half the price some other companies quote for disposing of a piano. On the day, Tracy and Chris were waiting for me as I arrived at work and they expertly dismantled and loaded the piano on to the van. They were extremely friendly and professional. I particularly like the fact that they recycle everything a much as possible to avoid items ending up in landfill. I would definitely use this company again (returning customers even get a 10% discount) and would highly recommend them.
