The lads at house clearance 4u are absolute gems - I called and they were able to sort us out on the same day. We got incredibly lucky as they finished a job nearby earlier, so we were able to dispose of our bed sooner rather than later. Friendly guys, efficient service and good pricing! Would highly recommend!

Great company to deal with,I contacted them as a recommendation and they were very well organised ,communicated with me at every stage before and after flat clearance ,the removals team were promp and thorough very easy to talk to.
The whole process was painless .would highly recommend them.

We were looking for a company that could quote at short notice and clear my father in laws house as he was going into a home. Tracy arrived, as agreed, on the Tuesday and provided a quote and on the Thursday she arrived with her team to complete the clearance. There were 4 in total and she directed the work efficiently and everyone was hands on. Even when we made hot drinks for them they ended up drinking them cold because they worked non stop from 9:30 in the morning until 3:45 that day. They nearly filled 3 lorries with mostly items for recycling and some furniture that could have a new lease of life. I can hardly believe that we contemplated tackling this ourselves when I saw how much work was involved. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They were all polite and they made an emotional, and difficult task a breeze for us. The fact that they were able to do the work at short notice also meant that we were able to terminate the tenancy earlier (DWP housing were brilliant offering to do this) and the savings made on rent paid for half of the costs of the clearance. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with them and I wish them all the success that they deserve.

Arrived on time in spite of the very poor weather , and removed our Baby Grand with care.
Sadly, so many household effects are unwanted, and houseclearance4u.com are the people to go to when the time comes to remove them.

First time we have used a house clearance company. Houseclearance4U did a great job. On time, did exactly what we needed and were very efficient. It was a three bedroom house belonging to my late mother-in-law , full of stuff and a stair lift partially blocking the stairs.

Left the house vacuumed and clean.

Pleased with both the service and the price. Staff were excellent, thoughtful, caring and polite.

I was extremely impressed with the service from this company - and I am not a person who is easily impressed! My enquiry was answered quickly, we agreed a price and the job was booked. The collection was on time and dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Each person I spoke with was articulate and polite - sadly something rare these days. I needed to have some bedroom furniture removed very quickly, having been let down by another company. James was very helpful and organised removal of the furniture in less than 4 hours.
The people who came to collect the furniture were efficient and courteous and clearly knew what they were doing. They introduced themselves and worked without fuss.

I called this company and James was great fitted me in for pick up the same day as I had been let down. Courteous and polite and really sorry I forgot there names 🥴but they were swift and amazing. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you so much guys definitely 💯 will recommend and probably use again.
