When I clicked to make the reservation the page loaded with service not available try again latter. So in the end I got 2 non-refundable reservations but they refunded theirs

It took me 30 mins. To find the hotel online. Very confusing site. Had a lot of trouble getting back to the site. I know Hilton properties are good, inexpensive places to stay because I have stayed there many times but was hard to find online.

Nice place to stay. Kim park your car here and feel safe. Very clean, coffee and wake up downstairs, everybody's at the front deskvery friendly.

Stayed at Sam's for a family reunion because it was convenient to family members who live full time in Vegas. Great location to all of Vegas and surrounding areas. Hotel was clean and very secure. Lisa at the front desk and ladies in gift shop were super helpful and Saundra at Firelight was a hoot for our big party. Will definitely be back!

It was very easy to make reservations online at the Colorado Springs Doubletree Hotel. It took me all of 3 - 5 minutes to make the reservations, print and be off to something else. The location is shown on the website and allowed me to have confidence that the location is where I desired and would be easy to drive from I-25.

Book a room no problem. Cancel a mistook end room, very discouraging. Agent hung up on me. She was putting me thru severe questions as if I had no right to cancel.

The booking was easy, the room was not. The room was misrepresented , it was actually pretty much a dump. For a Motel 6 it was awful. We asked for a pool there was none, we asked for breakfast, there was none. The beds were bad , the bath was worse. It appeared they had painted, and painted everything, stool, tub, walls,etc. There needs to be a better way for them to show the real deal.

When I booked, I didn't see it clearly marked that rates were in USD. Neither did I see anything about extra charges that have gone through on my credit card. I have since cancelled the reservation and hope all charges will be reversed on my credit card.

the date of my reservation appeared wrong so I called as soon I received my confirmation to notice them and asked to modify it. They didn't want to make the adjustment and charged me!!! Unbelievable! And the hotel has availability ( I called them to validate). Now the agent said she will see what she can do to have me a refund. I am supposed to receive an email in 72 hours! Never again!

Checked into hotel elevator was very very slow. The a/c worked well but could not look out the room cause windows were frosted. Got stuck in the elevator for over half hour the phone did not work in elevator had to call 911 from my cell once I was able to get a signal. It was one of the scariest in my life.

I paid a ridiculous amount of money for two rooms. The operator I first spoke with messed up the confirmation and I had to call back. I was not
happy. You would think that rates would be comparable with paying the
hotel directly but they were not. I feel taken and I never will use this site again.

Within 5min after I had book my reservation I tried to change the dates and was told I would need to pay a booking fee which I was unaware of to begin with. I cancelled my reservation totally and went to another site without booking fees. I was disappointed that I was going to be charged for two booking fees instead of one to reschedule.

I booked a reservation at 10/06/14 @12:57 pm today and received a confirmation email, went to cancel the reservation at 5:30pm was told I could not do so as the confirmation clearly states that I have to cancel by the deadline which was printed on the confirmation email....
Problem is the Email set the dead lie at 6pm 10/05/14???
That is a full day before I even made the reservation, does this website
regard the absurd and stupid as a way to do business??
tried to call customer service but all I got was a rude response and repeated quotes of the printed policy, spoke with a claimed manager who insisted there was not going to be a full refund.
Tried to call the hotel direct and they just insisted on referring me back to reservations.com.

Looks like a call to the credit card company to dispute charges is going to be the only way I may possibly resolve this.

First, I did not realize I made the reservations on a different site. I intended to make them with the hotel chain. My diamond status was not honored, I received no hotel points, and most importantly I had a hard time getting a receipt since the hotel could not print one off. In short I felt like I was hijacked and the experience was very inconvenient. I make sure to warn anyone who is using the service that they may be in for a great inconvenience. I also had a very hard time contacting someone to get a receipt for my expenses. The service is not worth using in my opinion and words really don't do justice for my contempt and anger about all the trouble caused by using HotelReservations.com

During my stay, ther was a violent disturbance. In the room adjacent to mine, there was an extreme incident which disturbed my ability to enjoy my stay. Friday the party inthe the toon next to mine loud noises, police called It was very scary. I requested that I be compensated for the inconvenience. I left my name with the manager and they have not contacted me yet

I DID NOT know that I had booked a room thru you people!! Imagine my surprise when I get to the hotel only to find out that I have 2 rooms booked!! Your call center employee was extremely rude when I had tried to book thru you. After I told her what I had read on-line,she told me since I had the info in front of me,"I should call the hotel direct myself" and then hung up!!!! I was not aware that my room had been booked until I arrived at the hotel after making my own reservations by calling direct. I will NEVER use your site again. Not only was she rude,she did not want to answer any questions about discounts...which I was entitled to by the way,includung a larger discount than I was given. And the charge was processed immediately to my credit card,which I wasn't aware of until I checked my balance and noticed an additional charge. If there any any further charges made to my card WITHOUT my authorization,my lawyer will be contacted. I was never given a confirmation number nor was I treated with respect or professionalism.I am extremely DISSATISFIED with your company and WILL NEVER use it nor recommend it to anyone.

On hold for ever, and then they are telling me that they can not contact the hotel, and they are telling me they don't know if the hotels number is the correct!!!!!!
They don't speak English , hard to understand,

We used this site to book our hotel because it gave us the best rate. The booking was easy and we had no problems with the site.
