not happy@ all....was on phone two and one half hours trying to resolve a major situation. I had roaches in my room @ ramada inn in warner robbins ,ga. and wanted out after the second sighting....a supv. was demanded and thank God for he.. after her calming me down and offering me $50.00 0ff my next reservation she transferred me to another rep. and I made reservations @ the comfort suite in warner robbins...this supv. is to be commended. I am trubled as to why when I call your site I am unbeknowing dealing with Expedia?????? are u in fact Expedia when we contact hotels.com?????????

They want to take your money and then have no desire to work with you if you have to make any changes. They will just tell you there is nothing they can do and you owe the money. Never ever use this company to book your reservations unless you want to be ripped off. I will find other means to get the word out not to use this site to book your room.

Loved being able to look at different options, rooms and check in dates for best rates.... and I could do it late night.

The entire experience was quick, easy and the rates were very good. The Representative was patient, knowledgeable and very willing to give all options.

check in clerk was very helpful in fixing a reservation I made online that was for the wrong day. everything worked out fine in the end

i made a reservation and immediately cancelled it because the type of room I wanted was not available they have charged me and will not refund my money of over 900 dollars, I paid an extra fee so it could be cancelled as I am old and sometimes changes need to be made. my bank is sending me paperwork to file a claim against them

My card was charged for the full hotel amount the same day I booked the reservation. Your site does not state that when booking!

I was so happy with the responders when booking our hotel room. Try them you won't be disappointed!

I AM FORCED TO MAINTAIN RESERVATIONS AT THE WRONG HOTEL OR LOOSE MY MONEY. MY RELATIVE PROVIDED ME WITH THE WRONG HOTEL DATA AND I BOOKED ACCORDINGLY AND AM TRAPPED WITH YOUR NO CANCELLATION POLICY. I WILL NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE IN THE FUTURE.

We had a great time and it was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were all helpful and friendly. I especially liked the Breakfast in a Bag for those who missed breakfast or didn't have time.

I have never used this site before, but it was as easy as one, two, three!

Called the gentlemen lied to me that he was only way that I could book with this motel. Then I booked the wrong dated the motel said if I would have booked through them easy fix but then I had to call where I booked they said sorry no changes because I didn't call back before 10pm that day, after holding for 30 min the sales rep came back on said they would refund and book different night so then I got transferred again the Sales rep had a hard time getting information in the computer lost it one time started over had give information over again. Still haven't seen the refund in my account and its been 7days.

Call was handled very well. I wanted a room at Best Western in Mackinaw City, Michigan. They were booked up. The male operator referred me to a nearby motel knowing full well that we wanted a pet friendly motel. Guess what........the new motel would not take pets. What do you think they said when I asked for a refund?

I called up Hampton's 800 number to reserve a room. The agent was very helpful in obtaining a room. The wait time was short. She found the best rate available. She was very helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that you accept pets and the room was fresh and clean and beautifully decorated - not what we sometimes encounter when traveling with a pet. We even got a delicious cookie delivered to our door! We ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food was excellent. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area and am delighted to recommend!

Made a mistake using this site for Hol Inn Express. Room rate quoted was $100. Priced turned out to be $130. No mention of $30 service fee. Was screwed by this site.

This is the first time I reserved a room with this company. When speaking with the representative I was quoted $149.00 for my one night stay at the Hampton Inn. Upon inquiring if this was the AAA price, I was quickly told yes. This was not the case I found out later. I paid a total of $167.92 with the taxes. When checking out today, I discovered that if I had reserved directly with the Hampton Inn, I would have paid a total of $136.78 with the taxes which is a difference of $31.14.
In the future, I will deal directly with the Hampton Inn.
