Terrible customer service
The customer service phone numbers listed on my confirmation either were out of service or had operators that could not help. I called your customer service line over 20 times trying to resolve a very simple problem, and one of the agents dropped my call four times in one day. Another agent refused to acknowledge that I had a reservation.

I had a very disappointing experience booking through HotelCheck Out Group. I made sure to select a room with two queen beds—not once, but twice—before confirming my reservation. However, when I contacted the hotel directly, I was told that my booking was actually for a king bed instead.
I reached out to their customer service via email, but they were completely unhelpful and did not resolve the issue. It’s frustrating to carefully choose what you need and end up with something entirely different, with no support to fix it.
I would strongly recommend staying away from this agency. This experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with better service and accuracy.

Very helpful. Rooms were very clean. The sweet lady at check in was very helpful in getting us a short tour set up. It was an awesome tour with Monica. We felt very safe at the hotel. At the hotel we ate at the restaurant and we got excellent service from Kan Yun.
My only hiccup was when booking I thought it was for the hotel attached to the airport and it was not. It was a short shuttle ride to the “ old” airport. The one at the new airport could not transfer the reservation.

Extremely disappointing customer service.
We requested to reschedule our reservation at the Grand Bohemian in Asheville, NC after the Governor publicly urged people not to travel due to conditions. While the Governor may not have the legal authority under General Statutes to restrict driving, the guidance was clear and issued for public safety reasons.
Despite this, the hotel refused to work with us in any reasonable way. There was no flexibility, no attempt at understanding the situation, and no meaningful customer service offered. What made it worse was receiving a generic, canned response that felt AI-generated rather than an honest or thoughtful explanation.
In situations like this, transparency and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, neither was shown here. I would strongly reconsider booking with this property if you expect understanding or flexibility when circumstances are beyond your control.
