Good clean products you could almost consume yourself. Horses enjoy and benefit. A bonus when your home grown herbs have finished. Quickly delivered once purchased.

Here at Horse Herbs we have always focused on sourcing great natural products, we started off selling these Natural leaves & herbs for small animals such as Rabbits & Guinea Pigs but started getting a lot of enquiries about using them for horses. After years of research, product testing and getting to know Horse owners we launched our very own Natural Horse Supplement brand ‘Horse Herbs’

We love these products but very…

We love these products but very disappointed with the customer service as missed out on a 15% bank holiday offer even though I bought on the bank holiday and they weren’t able to offer a solution to give me the discount. Have recommended them to numerous people and won’t bother now and will look elsewhere for what I need

Ordered mid Friday afternoon

Ordered mid Friday afternoon, arrived next day Saturday mid morning.
Fantastic service from horse herbs and great prices.
The products I buy also work really well with the horse.
10 out of 10 from me.
I've been buying from horse herbs for over 18 months now and have never been let down.

Bad customer service

In the past I have been really happy with Horse Herbs, but I received an order where the product was awful. I ordered the cut raspberry leaves and it was about 70% stalks and completely inedible for my horse. I sent an email to horse herbs expecting them to replace it or offer at least a partial refund (this stuff literally had to go in the bin it was that bad), but they just said it was natural variations in the product.

I understand that this comes from a plant. I understand that there will be variations. But to receive one package that is as described - cut raspberry leaf - and one that has not been processed/cut, just the full plant with all the stalks still attached, is completely unacceptable. Will not be ordering from them again due to the lack of customer service, which is a shame as the products have been generally good in the past.

I can see that other reviews have also mentioned the poor quality raspberry leaf, so it is not just me that has experienced this.

I very rarely leave reviews unless a…

I very rarely leave reviews unless a product has blown me away and this has blown we away. So I started my 6 year old New Forest gelding on the Lami Pro Plus as soon as it arrived and after day 5 I have a different pony. Don’t get me wrong the weight hasn’t suddenly done a magical disappearing act but he is soooo mellow and easy now. He is enjoying his in hand walks so much more and is super chill. I had no idea it would have this effect but I’m embracing it. It’s making him so much easier to handle. He must’ve been in discomfort with his hard cresty neck. His crest is showing improvement already but a way to go yet but we are only on week one! So I’ve gone from a pony frustrated and injuring me rearing at me to an absolute angel. Thank you Horse Herbs.

Product is amazing

Product is amazing, abit disappointed as I usually them off amazon but they didn't have any. So I bought direct, which is fine but with amazon I dont pay postage, buying direct postage was nearly £5. But love all there treat product
