Had my Rolex serviced with Horology Watches. Communication with Billy was brilliant from start to finish, kept me updated with repairs required and timescales. Also had it cleaned and polished, came back looking brand new. Service, repairs and polish carried to an excellent standard, and at such a good price. Will definitely use them in the future. Thanks all at Horology!

Billy at Horology Watches has literally held my hand through the whole process, and beyond, of purchasing a pre-owned Rolex Datejust.

The watch is a beauty, precisely what I wanted and in pristine condition.
I would not hesitate to recommend Billy, always the gentleman and at no point was there any pressure to make a purchase.

Always wanted a nice watch and was too intimidated by these big firms. Bill at Horology was so welcoming and knowledgeable answering all my questions without any pressure to purchase.

Found Billy at Horology to be so helpful from the first phone call. He was honest, understanding and very knowledgeable. He offered honest advice. This was followed up with a visit to his office where we purchased the watch of my dreams with absolutely so pressure from billy to complete the purchase. To sum up, a very kind and professional guy

His service is second to none and nothing is too much to ask , I sold a piece to him over the weekend and he made the whole process stress free .

Really nice bloke to do business with, he knows his stuff when it comes to watches.

Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

From the moment I first dropped Bill at Horology a message to the point at which I decided to purchase the GMT-Master II Rootbeer I never once felt pressured or under any obligation to purchase regardless of the fact I’d met him a few times to check out the timepiece. The whole experience was great and the watch is one of the best investments to date.

Thanks Bill, I’ll be back!
