Billy was helpful throughout, watch collection in person added to the 5star experience,

I would highly recommend Horology Watches …. 🤝

Fantastic service from Bill at Horology - absolutely love my new Daytona Panda. I have entrusted Bill with sourcing several watches for me now and his service and professionalism is outstanding. I have highly recommended Bill to friends and family and will continue to do so for many more years to come.

Absolutely awesome service. Sourced me a DJ 41mm Mint Green with Fluted Jubilee and was extremely efficient. Lovely team and would definitely buy from here again. I had the package posted, tracked, insured and signed for - which gave me plenty of confidence as I wasn’t in London to collect in person.

I have dealt with Billy a few times since my first review about 18 months ago. I would just like to reinforce that Billy is a super friendly and honest person who provides excellent service. His knowledge and professionalism is outstanding and he goes the extra mile for you. He managed to source me a watch I wanted in a day or so.
I continue to highly recommend Billy for your next purchase as I know he will always go that extra mile for anyone.

Always the very best service!!

I’ve used bill many times over the years now and would never go anywhere else..I asked bill to Source me a particular Rolex model with a short time frame. He went to work and kept me in the loop at every step. He came through with the perfect watch at very short notice, and as alway went the extra mile to make sure I got it in time. Top guy

Have brought a few watches over the years and this one was for my daughters 18th birthday present
billy answered my questions quickly via what’s app went to view a couple we liked brought one
Would definitely recommend safe simple and as described
Will use again in the future

From first contact Billy was great, nothing was to much of a issue after getting home I noticed the watch was slightly to tight, he organised 2x brand new links to be sent first class the very next morning, he was approachable and professional, will definitely bring using them again for future watches. Watch was a full set and in the same perfect condition as described
10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I’ve used bill at Horology for many years now, his service is the best I’ve experienced in the watch industry. He will always go over and above and nothing is too much trouble. When spending large amounts of money you want someone with great knowledge and who is ultimately trustworthy and this is certainly what you get from bill at Horology. would never go anywhere else, if he hasn’t got it he will find it for you.

Great service,

I gave bill the back ground of where my watch come from that I sold, and he was more than a gentleman.

Quick and easy transaction and knows he’s stuff. If I ever need to buy a watch in the future. There’s nowhere else I would go.

Cheers bill.

Be aware Billy will sell you a watch with fake “new green Rolex card”
Stay away

Second purchase of a lovely Rolex Datejust from Billy at Horology Watches.
As always a professional approach from Billy, who sourced exactly what I was looking for.
The watch is better than expected and the service received was as always, spot on!
Thank you 🙏

BILL IS A LEGEND! I have bought and sold multiple watches with him, his word and integrity is second to none.

I recently purchased a watch from Bill (Horology) and had a fantastic experience throughout. Communication was prompt, friendly, and informative—Bill provided clear details about the watch and was very easy to deal with.

I arranged to collect the watch in person from his office in Canary Wharf, and everything went smoothly. The watch was exactly as described—immaculate condition, exactly what I was looking for. Bill was professional and courteous, making the transaction feel comfortable and secure.

It’s clear that he’s someone who values trust and transparency. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and honest seller.

Thanks again, Bill!

P.s the scotch you provided was lovely.

Dealt with bill. Couldn’t recommend the service more. Will certainly be shopping again

Was messaging billy at Horology watches for a certain watch I was after, he managed to source it for me and opened up on a Sunday for us to come down and have a look as we couldn’t get down before because of my work commitments.
Billy made me feel comfortable and at easy and didn’t make me feel pressure into buying anything, he said try all different watches on, take pictures go away and think about it.
In the end I bought a watch I didn’t go in for and didn’t think I would like but I love it and it’s perfect for me.
Thank you so much
Will definitely be back

Bill was genuine and very helpful and made the whole process nice and easy. Good guy I trust which is crucial when buying or selling luxury watches. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service. Bill was professional throughout and really made me feel looked after whilst selling my watch. Managed to get me a much higher price than quoted elsewhere. Will use again in the near future.

Excellent service- no pressure to complete a sale. Made it more of a social event rather than a transaction. Bought my first rolex at an excellent price under RRP.

An absolute pleasure.

The watch I purchased is absolutely stunning, in excellent condition. I was trying to source this watch for a while as it was discontinued in 2012 and hard to find a good one. Billy was very accommodating, especially as it was around the Christmas period. Friendly service and most importantly a really safe environment to view or purchase a watch.
Will definitely be returning.

Horology was a pleasure to purchase through Billy naturally makes it a "watch social" than solely a transaction happy to recommend
