I ordered a shirt with a darker kind of blue stripe and when it was sent to me it was a lighter blue stripe which makes it worse. I am

Me why I would wear a light blue shirt whe I am not a woman 🤦

I retured the useless low quality shirt and hoooyi, said I will cover the return fee for USPS, which I did and it cost me over $11 despite they caused it by delivering a different thing from what was advertised (darker blue and not light blue ) light blue is for women and not men

So I paid the USPS return fee and the return was made, only for hoooyi to refund me partial refund and deducted $8 for the cost of initially shipping a light er blue (female color shirt ) which they caused by delivering the wrong thing or item

I will get my money back as it wasn’t my fault but there’s and they should fix it.

Infact I want my $11.50 and my $8 total of $19.50 because they caused it and not me

I ordered the shirt and shorts as 1 order and all I got was the shorts. Yall need to step ur game up how do u forget to put the shirt in there! Never ordering from y’all again and hopefully this review puts y’all out soon👍🏻

Garbage product, not even close to listing photos. Total scam, bogus “return policy”.

Good customer service. Returned my order because it was too large, then they shipped the new clothing without issues. Took a while but I can't complain. Quality is surprising, like 4 of 5

Return was sent and delivered in early october. Its now December and I still havnt received a refund. (I can see it was delivered on tracking)
I've also been told that if the refund is processed, it will be minus fees for tax and delivery. Just pretty bad.

NOW September 4th and I have not even recieved an email, no scooter nothing. I need my refund, You have had enough time to make a scooter from the ground up. If I don't hear from you then this must be a
SCAM SITE that steals money from disabled people.

Don't fall for it! Ordered for 120 euros received nothing! They refuse to give money back and put the blame on GLS

The tortoise wreath for Wal’s funeral was fantastic done by Well Hall Florist unfortunately the name on the card was wrong which was very disappointing as the name is the most important part of the wreath. I also understand mine wasn’t the only one.

Low quality , bad customer service

We got sent the wrong returns address twice , finally we managed to send 90% of our parcel back … to receive the parcel back 2 1/2 weeks later undelivered

They won’t reply to my husbands emails

I did an order a few minutes ago and im hopefull everything will be allright. If yes, I will add this into this review, I not, I will add this into this review.

What a great quality! In my e-mail they said 10-20 days untill delivery. It already came in 8 days!

Definitely going to order again, keep going Hoooyi!

The shirt delivered does not look like the one in the picture on their website. It is similar but not the same, the patterns are different and appear at different places. Very dissapointed.

WARNING! They did’t deliver my gods and I don’t get my money back.

Responded quickly, gave a tracking number and products came on time.
