This company shouldnt be operating i am reporting them they don't accept returns and pretend goods are damaged to avoid refunding

Just like everyone else on here who purchased items from this scamming company, I had the same experience when it comes to customers service. The clothes are exceptionally small, a size M would probably fit a 6-8uk. Don't bother to ask for a return note, you'll never get it. There's always a reason why your order doesn't qualify, probably explains the 7 day return policy too which is fictional and just for marketing purposes.
Just to clarify, this company is run by a one man band, there's no customer service as such. There's a WhatsApp number and a PO Box address so customers can't track them.
Everything to do with this company is a scam covered by smart marketing and their only aim is to rip as many people off as they can.

Absolutely worse customer service EVER. If you have to return a item for any reason don't F ING BOTHER. U can only get through to them via wats app. WORSE IDEA EVER! Especially because they don't get back to you. And when they do, it's different people all the time. So no one know what is going on. I had to repeat myself in a message serveal times due to it being a different person each time. IT'S F ING RIDICULOUS!!! no one knew what was going on. U guys are a small company. What happen to team work. If you want your company to work fix up and sort out your customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! PEOPLE STAY AWAY!! It been two weeks and I still waiting for me refund. FUMING!!

The worst customer service I have ever received!! Having to go through my bank to get a refund as I’ve had no response since 2nd January. A word of advice from a successful business owner. Try focus on customer service and not posting on instagram.

Terrible customer service
I had an item that was faulty. Pattern all ran in wash. Followed instructions. Was told no to refund etc due to no one else complaining

I sent back an item of clothing due to sizing being off, and was told they couldn’t exchange as there were 2 tiny marks of one of the items. I tried the items on and immediately put them back in the original packaging so I don’t know how this could have happened. They have refused to exchange the items and have sent me another invoice to have them returned to me although I paid £6 to send them back to them. It’s taken them 3 weeks to get back to me despite numerous messages that were ignored. It’s a pity as I have purchased a few items from them which were good. However their returns policy is disappointing. I’m now £56 out of pocket. Very poor customer service and after care experience. Consumers, please read their terms and conditions before purchasing. They also delete any negative comments on instagram.

My experience was so upsetting and I am a new customer. I promise you I will not buy another thing. They have no answerable phone and only communicate via what’s app. I bought and XL due to the large bit fitting. I kid you not - I could not get the thing past my neck. It was a white dress at £55 and I am a size 12 top small top half. It’s redundant and their exchange/tefund policy is caput . It’s one of those one where they value that one hit customer and their will always be a new 🤡. Avoid

Quality is definitely up there but the sizing is ridiculously off, cannot rely on the size guide either. I have ordered jumpsuits, leggings and bodysuits in different colours and have ended up having to order a different size for each colour because the sizing is so inconsistent. Returns policy is not particularly customer friendly which doesn’t make it easier.

Le pire nous sommes contacté sur WhatsApp en leurs expliquant la situation il vous réponde et ensuite plus rien. je ne demande pas de remboursement. Je demande qu’à avoir la combinaison vous pourriez au moins me la renvoyer. Surtout que je vous envoie toutes les preuves. Je trouve ça inadmissible.

I did not receive my item on time and I sent a lot of emails about my items to the customer service, but there is no answer. It was not good experience.

The returns process and policy is not easy
Slow replies and am still currently waiting on a response for refund . Whatsap messages are not being replied to

ORDERED A SKIRT WAS SENT OUT LEGGINGS, CONTACTED THEM TO BE TOLD MY SKIRT WOULD BE SENT OUT THAT DAY, WEEK LATER STILL NO SKIRT HAD TO CONTACT THEM TO BE TOLD THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT. 2 DAYS LATER HAD NO RESPONSE SO HAD TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN, WAS TOLD THE WAREHOUSE WASNT REPLYING SO ISSUED A REFUND. THE DAY AFTER I PUT A COMPLAINT IT WAS TOLD ITS NOW OUT OF STOCK. THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS AN APOLOGY WASNT GIVEN, NO FOLLOW UP TO MAKE SURE I HAD RECIEVED THE ITEM. JUST REAL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROCESS WILL NOT BE ORDDERING AGAIN. WHAT A MASSIVE DISAPOINTMENT.

Don’t expect a refund! I purchased a number of items on Black Friday, one set being too small as it appears their sizing isn’t true to size. You have to whattsapp them for an address to return items to and they will advise if you can. In my case I’m being told I can only have a credit not or exchange. I will never order from them again. Worst online store I have dealt with

Clothes were awful!!! Skirts were like tubes that you couldn’t even walk in. Top with the skirt would only cover a child!!!

Unable to return as bought in the sale.
Don’t think anyone would take the items even if I was giving them away free!!
Will never shop there again!!!
